She said the archetype of King Herod was present on the planet, especially in the USA right now. This is the archetype of the insecure leader who will do anything to retain power, such as the murder of the innocents. Any time you see children being harmed in an attempt to secure power, be sure that the Herod energy is present and active. 2) The good news is that is Herod is present, then Christ must also be present! And nothing makes the Herod energy more desperate than the rising of goodness, compassion and love. 3) During this meditation, we were joined by Mother Mary, the entire company of heaven, including the ancestors. And then something miraculous happened…the souls of Renee Good and Alex Pretti joined our circle, along with all the souls who have died at the hands of ICE. Even the energy of the Buddhist Monks who are walking for peace joined our circle too. From Tony Robbins to $800K Lost: The Entrepreneur's Red-Flag Wake-Up Call   Money wasn't talked about… but Dan learned it anyway (through a rare high-school program)  The hidden cost of ignoring red flags: Dan's $800,000 lesson in business + real estate  Why "vision is the compass" — and how to design a business around strengths (not burnout)    Dan Brault joins Rocky Lalvani on Richer Soul for a real conversation about entrepreneurship, sales, discipline, and building a business that actually supports the life you want. Dan grew up around coaching—his dad owned a Tony Robbins franchise—and he started coaching himself as early as 12 or 13 in fitness and nutrition. But when it came to money, his family didn't talk about it much—until a high school business program gave him rare financial literacy early on.  This episode also goes deep into action vs. distraction, what "good sales" feels like (hint: it shouldn't feel salesy), and the hard-earned lessons Dan learned after losing over $800,000 across two projects—along with why entrepreneurs often overlook red flags when they're excited about the upside.    7 Soul-Level Insights from Dan Brault: Financial literacy can be taught—and gamifying it helps it stick. Dan describes how future-focused excitement ("this could be amazing") can cause people to minimize risks and assume they'll "figure it out," even when warning signs are present.  A business bottleneck often signals a strengths mismatch. When someone is forced to operate in an area of friction (weakness), procrastination and underperformance show up—creating recurring bottlenecks. Align roles with strengths and performance improves.  Track energy, not just time: the "time study" audit. Dan recommends a detailed time study for a week, noting interruptions and whether each activity gives positive/neutral/negative energy—then deciding what to do more of, delegate, redesign, or cut.    Why This Conversation Matters: A lot of entrepreneurs are "all gas and no brakes." That can create momentum—but it can also lead to ignoring risk, abdicating oversight, and building a company that consumes your life. There is a path in career advancement that isn't always easy to navigate – the spot between individual contributor and seasoned manager. How can you be an influence at work when you don't have authority? Communicating and influencing effectively requires shifting from a tactical mindset to a more strategic view. As long as experts stay solely in their lane, true collaboration can't happen. Stop supporting outcomes exclusively, and start partnering with leaders of operating functions. Doing so will add value to the ultimate outcome.   Exercises that expand this skill Learn how to attach to someone else's value. Identify a leader's big goals to stretch your offering to meet their value. Ask curious questions that expand your understanding of the overarching vision.   Overcoming common challenges  Expand your focus from the day-to-day reactions to a larger vision. Consider what you can contribute beyond the task list. Reframe your language about your contributions. Focus less on your task takeaways and more on what you contribute to the conversation.   Senior leader shifts Bring people along with your big ideas and initiatives. Invite others to join you in the big picture story. Align others in the journey that leads to what you are trying to accomplish. Influence and alignment should be synonymous. Leaders can unlock the power of what others can contribute. "Stay in your lane" should never be the message from a leader.   Building influence as an introvert or new team member Introverts aren't tentative in their thoughts, they may be tentative to share it. Consider asking another person to share your thoughts on your behalf. New team members only get a few chances to influence at the beginning. Show, above all else, that you can work well with others. Ask questions that show clarity. You didn't miss your chance in the meeting; send follow-up emails. Love is one of the most familiar words in Scripture—and one of the most challenging to live out. Jesus summed up God’s greatest commandments with a simple directive: love God fully, and love your neighbor as yourself. It sounds straightforward, but the devotional reminds us that biblical love isn’t driven by convenience, comfort, or emotion. It’s a choice rooted in humble obedience, and it often runs directly against the way the world defines love. Loving your neighbor feels easier when your neighbor is kind, friendly, and considerate. But what about the difficult ones—the person who seems cold, critical, loud, inconsiderate, or perpetually unpleasant? This devotional gently confronts that reality and turns the mirror back toward us: sometimes we are difficult to love too. And sometimes our struggle to love others is connected to an even deeper struggle—forgetting what God says about us, and failing to receive His love and truth in a way that shapes how we see ourselves. The devotional emphasizes that loving our neighbor flows from loving God first. When we seek Him with our whole heart, He steadies our identity and reminds us of what is true: we are made with intention, set apart, loved, forgiven, and made new in Christ. That truth reshapes our internal posture—reducing insecurity, comparison, harsh judgment, and self-protection. And from that renewed place, we’re better equipped to treat others with patience, kindness, humility, and compassion. Loving a difficult neighbor doesn’t mean excusing harmful behavior or ignoring real boundaries. It means choosing to see them through the lens of mercy and grace, asking God to revive love in us, and responding in a way that honors Him. When we stay tuned to God’s voice and anchored in His love, we can love others—not because they deserve it, but because we’re reflecting the love we’ve received. During his tenure at WTI, Lou made the kind of comedy that gets you put on lists and your words in the Wall Street Journal: “How I Became a ‘Far-Right Radical.'” As a stand-up comedian, Lou has opened for Rob Schneider, Rich Vos, Jimmy Dore, Dave Smith, and toured the US and Canada with Scott Thompson. Lou has also produced live shows with Colin Quinn, the Icarus Festival, and the Rutherford Comedy Festival. For years, Lou performed at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater (both in NYC and L.A.) in sketch shows with the Hammerkatz and his comedy duo, Greg and Lou. Greg and Lou is best known for its sketch "Wolverine's Claws Suck," which has over 20 million views on YouTube alone. In addition to producing sketch comedy like Comedy Is Murder, performing stand-up across the country, and writing for The Blaze's Align, Lou is on the advisory board of Heresy Press, a FAIR-in-the-arts fellow, and host of the live debate series The Wrong Take and The Lou Perez Podcast (which is part of the Lions of Liberty Podcast Network), and co-hosts Happy Hour Econ with Phil Magness. How'd Lou start out? He began doing improv and sketch comedy while an undergrad at New York University, where he was part of the comedy group the Wicked Wicked Hammerkatz. Lou was a writer for Fox Sports' @TheBuzzer; produced The Attendants with Lorne Michaels's Broadway Video; produced pilots for FOX Digital and MSN Games; and was a comedy producer on TruTV's Impractical Jokers.
