Do you have a system to follow up with your direct to vendor property leads? Do you know how to structure the meetings? Do you know how to observe the body language of a vendor? Brynley Little does.... Not only does he know how to do all of these things, he speaks about them on this podcast.... Brynley grew up in a family of developers, coming into the business and bringing that youthful exuberance which he goes through in the podcast and explains how he came to the position in the business he know has and what experiences he had through his working life that he is able to utilise on the property business.... This episode was a cracker and just goes to show the level of sophistication applied to a property business, a key learning for me was that they do the right things right and you can also learn to do this.... Property finance - do you what you can and can’t do? It’s something that I see asked on forums and facebook all the time, it always seems to be a topic that people do not fully understand, so I though I would get Michael Primrose (Property Finance Guy) on the show to go through the various different things that people get muddled up with in property and what you need to look for when working with a broker. This is a great episode with a very experienced property professional which will enable you to have a better understanding of property finance. The Property Finance Guy Website

That’s impressive. In this interview we talk all thing PropTech, property investing, what the future holds for both, lessons learnt and also we geek out a little about what the software can do. Marc Trup from Arthur was a great guest with a depth of property investment knowledge, I hope you liked the interview. Arthur Online
Mark Stokes (SSAS Alliance) is a name in the property world that many of you will know I am very happy he agreed to come onto the property podcast for this interview. Mark has had a long and very successful career across different countries before he came to property but developed a lot of trasnferable skills to his property business. One of the things that really struck me about Mark is his desire to always be learning & how he has to do things to push him on, he has created a couple of very in depth books recently in a short space of time and I see no reason why he wont keep moving at this pace. His drive and passion is clear throughout this podcast and very much peaks when talking about his family and his SSAS which he is doing some amazing things with which you will hear about in this episode. In this episode Mark talks about the deal of the century and how this one deal has made more of a return that all of his years paying into his corporate pension, exciting hey? That’s just one of the golden nuggets in this episode of the podcast.
