Whatever is Whatever

Episode 4 is here! I got an amazing chance to sit down with the fantastic comedian from Washington, D.C., Curt Mariah. Check Curt out here https://www.facebook.com/CurtMariah! We recorded on the porch of a house in Columbia Heights, D.C. so there's a good deal of background noise (sirens, buses, and cars) but I think it adds to the conversation! You decide! Curt and I discussed a range of topics, but mostly we talked about our issues with Christianity, cooking, race and antitheism, and a fantastic story about a soul-shaking experience in a Morrocan desert! Episode 3! On this one I spoke with Nauder Namaky, a project coordinator in the Psychology Department at the University of Virginia, as well as an improv teammate of mine. Nauder is not a woman of color, but he is a man of color and we still get all existential (and tangential). We talk about catholicism, sketch comedy, agnosticism, college radio, the magic of science, identity, and a bunch more stuff. Enjoy!

Ayanna Gellineau is my beautiful cousin. On the debut episode of Whatever Is Whatever, I give a way-too-long introduction of myself and the idea for the show. I promise that intros won't be this long in the future. After this way-too-long intro, I have a great discussion with my cousin about our family, Islam, love, migrating to America, money, Trinidad, and at the end we have a Beyoncé debate and then a game!
