Series of Youth Service Preachings
We should not just receive grace from God, but we should also give grace to others. God is good to us and even though we do not deserve it, He still gave it to us. God deserves everything from us, all the more that we should give to God what he deserves. That is how we should respond to the grace of God.
God is still good kahit di pa niya ibinibigay ang requests natin. Whether the "thorn" we struggle with today is physical, emotional, or spiritual, we can be assured that God has a purpose and that His grace is all-sufficient. God's grace is enough. Let us be content and thank God for His free gift.
If we think we have nothing, make sure that you have the grace of God. That is enough. That grace can only be found in our Lord Jesus Christ. Accept Him as your Lord and Savior. And like Jacob, respond with gratitude and humility. Repent from your sins and allow the grace o God to take you to the promised land.
When you think you are undeserving, that's the time you'd realize that grace is really amazing.
Have you received God's goodness even though you did not deserve it? How do you respond to His goodness?
Happy New Year from YWAV Homebase! #TuloyangAlab #WalangIwanansa2021
Out of all the good things that God has done for us, it is only right that we follow His requirements- do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly. It is also for our own good. Let us decide to do these as we enter the new year.
God has shown us what is good because He loves us. And because He loves us, Hw has also given us requirements to follow. This is how we will grow in discipline and continue to experience the fullness of God's blessings.
When you are in the position to choose the food that you will eat, choose good and healthy food so you can be in good health.
To prosper in health, we need to do the right actions. We need the right amount of daily rest, we need to honor the Sabbath or weekly rest, and most importantly, we need to enter God's rest.
God is able to bless you so you can prosper in all things so that at all times, you will have all that you need. For what purpose? So we can abound in good works.
We need to prosper our soul because of our financial security and our good health depends on this. It is your soul that makes you unique. It is your soul that makes you who you are.
Let us love one another. For love is of God, and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.
The Holy Spirit is still in the business of changing hearts and lives in the name of Jesus Christ. Ask God today and receive the Holy Spirit so we can be witnesses of the Lord Jesus Christ. When God promises something, He will do it. And if the Holy Spirit is in us, that is enough for us to have victory.
We should be persistent in our prayers because our God is fair and just, He is not slow in answering our prayers. So, we should have faith and believe in Him. Let us continue serving God in spite of challenges and distractions. We should not stop, no matter what. That is persistence. And that is the key to victory.
If we believe in God, then we should also strive to follow His will. And for us to know His will, we have to read His word and listen to His voice. Remember, you cannot obey what you have not heard. If we want to be sure that the decisions we make in life will lead us to victory, gayahin dapat natin si Abraham: believe, hear and obey.
You are not alone. God is with you because of your faith in Jesus. With God, we have the victory. So do not conform to the evil ways of the world. Stand your ground for what is right and be zealous for the Lord your God. And like Elijah. You will experience great victory.
Are you going through problems which look like there are no solutions? Do you have dreams that already died? Are you losing all hope? Do you feel stuck in bad situation and you can't get out? Let me tell you now that Jesus has miracle for you! Like how he shouted with a loud voice, "Lazarus, come forth!" , the Lord Jesus can also bring you out from your hopelessness an set you free. All you need is the love of Jesus. That's all that Lazarus had.
We have thousands of thoughts and make thousands of decisions each day. If we want to live in victory, we must seek the Lord wholeheartedly. Wala tayog itatago o ipagkakait sa Kanya, buong puso natin, buong pagkatao natin ibibigay natin sa Kanya. He will surely give us the wisdom that will lead us to His good, pleasing, and perfect plan. So, let us seek the Lord with our whole heart and ask Him and ask for His wisdom so that we may live a victorious life.
Whatever our circumstances, we need to be honest and innocent, we need to honor God and stay away from evil. In good times or in troubled times, when the Lord gives or when the Lord takes away, we must do what is right - that is integrity. And that is the key to victory.
One important ingredient of victory is prayer. In this lesson we will learn what prayer is and why it is important to achieve victory.
If we want to experience victory, we also need to have diligence. We need to focus on a God-given goal and work hard to complete it.
If we are following a false god, we will have a 'least of the least' mindset. But if we decide to follow the true God, we will become mighty warriors!
What does having "the right skill" mean? Does God requires "right skills" in serving Him.
What causes a person to have victory or to become a winner? Is it excellent skills, is it good looks or good luck? Do I need to be born into a good family? Do I need to be rich? What do I need to have to experience victory?
There are many reasons to be disappointed. The future may not look bright. Some may even think it is hopeless. But do you know what Moses did? He pressed on! Although he had to go away, he continued living his life and even had a family.
If we have Jesus in our lives, if we have salvation of our souls, if we have our life back together, then we already have more than enough. And that is something money can't buy.
Because we experience God's love through our Lord Jesus, we are able to love others. The best gifts that we desire to have will finally have value for ourselves and for other people-because of love.
There are many voices that we can listen to. There is the voice from other people - from our family and friends, or form the news or social media. There is also the voice from within our own thoughts and opinions and even our emotions. Whether the message is positive or negative, if we choose to listen to that voice it will have an impact in our lives. That is why it is very important to listen to the right voice - the voice of God.
We need to leave our life of sine behind. This is the only way we can grow. We need to discipline our bodies and follow Jesus. This is the true meaning of being disciples.
What we put more into our lives will determine whether we will grow or whether we will fail. What we think more, what we say more, what we read more, what we watch more, what we do more, will determine if we will grow or fall. We need each other so that we can make the right decisions and continue to do the right actions. We need to continue meeting together to keep our fire burning - the fire of serving God and doing God's will.
Our encounter with Christ should produce change of priority in our life. Reaching out to others becomes our mission. Go and bear fruit becomes our vision. Doing God's will become more urgent than getting our basic needs.
All that we need in our lives to grow , are already in us because of Jesus. But we need to be good stewards of the gift, we need to water the seed and give it sunlight. We have a responsibility to choose right things and put them MORE and MORE into our lives.
You may feel frustrated or disappointed. Things can get hopeless at times. But during these moments, remember, that we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
To worship God means to love God with all your heart, soul and mind. To worship God also means that we will love others as Jesus loved us.
When we say Lord, it means Jesus is our Master and that means we are His servants. We accepted Him as Savior and Lord of our lives. Jesus as our Master and Lord means we need to obey and serve Him. If we do that, we will experience true blessings.
God chose us to experience His goodness and His faithfulness. When we experience that our soul is secure, and His promises are sure and that His love endures, our logical response is to worship God. We will give to God what He deserves. Because Worship is Giving.
YSAW Worship Playlist Pt. 1 We worship God for who He is in our lives. As we meditate on this song, let us worship God for who He is in our lives.
In the darkest moments of our lives, we must pray and sing praises to God to experience His presence. The presence of God will bring the light!
