Also, Amanda Cruz, diversity and inclusion training coordinator, tells us her story and the resources the university provides. There are also other events happening this month. Communicon, a student-led event from Augusta University's Communication Department, brings awareness to everything the department has to offer. This event is happening 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, April 27 at the Maxwell Theater Patio.
Gillian (Jillian with a G) was the lead organizer for the three CommuniCon's that were held between 2012 and 2014. We revisit this magical experience and dream of a time when another CommuniCon might happen.
