The Open is done. Some of us barely survived. It was tough but I could not be prouder at how everyone stepped up and tackled these workouts head on. In this episode, I talk about some of those people who were definitely the MVP's of the Open. Our team Captains, Brittany and Varun did awesome jobs keeping the fun going and setting the foundation for the fun we had. I also talk about the next things happening at Crossfit Eternal. Ryan Webber is the owner of CrossFit Eternal, creator of the "Reboot Bootcamp" program, and founder of Bootcamp Blueprint. Ryan began CrossFit after his time at Wingate University where he was an All-Region Tight End and ESPN Academic All-Region while studying Sports Management. During his time in CrossFit, Webber held 2 combine records and was invited to the NPGL Combine in 2015. Ryan has been happily married to his wife Tiffany for 5 years where they have two dogs, Gus and Blitz.
