Meet Jesse, he is 38 years old and graduated in the same Texas A&M class as Charlie. Jesse is a business owner along with being full-time husband and father. He shares his story about the daily grind and how important it is to remain consistent with the little things. Despite all of his obligations he makes sure to carve out time for health and fitness which in turn enables him to be a better father, husband, and businessman.
