Content creator by profession and rapper by digression, this Tamil girl rose to fame by getting 591 families compensated from Hindustan Unilever Limited. This talk gives an insight into the 15 year old struggle of various NGOs which played a key-role in the protest. As a little girl, Sofia started with rhymes about her identity wearing a hijab. The video talks about 2 of her famous creations, ‘Kodaikanal Won’t’ and ‘Don’t work for DOW’ which were presented in Justice Rocks, a protest rock show.
