Dave Rucki is the drummer and one of the vocalists for the progressive metalcore band Sentinels. The band's most recent release, Unsound Recollections, was released in 2019, under Stay Sick Recordings (now known as Modern Empire). In this episode, Richard and Dave discuss the writing process for Sentinels, being "free agents" now that Sentinels is no longer part of Modern Empire and what's next. Dave also makes reference to an upcoming LP that the band has had recorded for quite some time now.
