Yes! Time for a NEW guest DJ to our 078podcasts mix series. It's already number #110. And it's 'Bommel' @itsbommel who will be our new guest DJ. Providing a slamming DJ mix with his distinctive club sound.. which you might have heard at the Let's Play House parties: every 3 months a sold out club night in Dordrecht, hosted by Bommel him self. Some reflection of 2023.. The end of a fantastic 078-year. As we thought it couldn't get any better after 2022, we experienced new levels of music, show and joy. Just think about our 10 years celebrations, Finn's Koningshouse, two days Geheime Deuntjes at Wantijlive + Wantijpop and ofcourse Geheime Deuntjes Indoor 'In de Bieboschhal! We're cloing this year with a smooth resident mix! Number 097.. so we're hyped to have our 100th 078PODCASTS get published in 2024. Also some great projects are already marked on our calander. On Saturday September 30th we faced the new era of the Geheime Deuntjes events! The very first indoor event as part of the four days Indebiesbosch.nl festival. It was a great success as Geheime Deuntjes was a sold out event, with all 1.300 happy party people in a great venue ‘The Biesboschhallen', a monument at Dordrecht. Not only the main hall was filled with joy, also the vibrations at the silent disco went through the roof! Thanks tot all local entrepreneurs, DJ's and friends we ‘ve created a unique proper dance party you rarely see in the Dordecht. Yeah! 078 PODCASTS 095 - KØEN [pre-recording for Geheime Deuntjes Indoor 30/09/2023] What Geheime Deuntjes makes so unique is the balans between local artists and great high-end underground sounds. It's the idea that there's enough talent as long you give it a platform. Therefor 078Podcasts is always looking for new names the set on the menu. In search of that we've met @koenvangemert, known as DJ: KØEN. KØEN started dj-ing during covid and managed to be booked for some big clubs in Rotterdam. He lives in Dordrecht so no wonder he will be on the line-up of this event in the Biesboschhal (Indebiesboschhal.nl). He serves proper grooves and beat rolling techhouse. To get in the right mood for Geheime Deuntjes event KØEN mixed the 078 PODCASTS 095 mix. And what a banger it is! Enjoy! Op Geheime Deuntjes word je als publiek getrakteerd op heerlijke beats van eigen Dordtse bodem. Ook nu verwelkomen we weer een nieuwe naam op de line-up, namelijk KØEN! Voor en tijdens de coronaperiode begon KØEN met draaien op huisfeestjes en inmiddels heeft de in Dordrecht geboren DJ het afgelopen jaar in verschillende grote clubs gedraaid in Rotterdam. It was day one of two days festival in the Wantijpark Dordrecht. First time on Fridays. No expetations. But it turned out to be a great festival day and fantastic dancing crowd in front.
