    Simona Carputo is a health educator in Northern NJ. She completed her undergraduate studies and Montclair state and then earned her Masters in nutrition Education from Northeastern University. She specializes in treating picky eaters and children, as well as adults with general nutrition goals. Simona got into her profession and developed an interest in nutrition when she was diagnosed with RA in high school, and decided she wanted to pursue a career where she could help people through their food choices. She notes that helping others feel a sense of accomplishment and empowering clients to understand more about their diets and food choices is the best part of her job. She notes that she's not the ‘food police' and she's really alongside people in their journeys towards making healthy lifestyle changes.
