Send us Fan MailHeylands Lowry is a globally experienced continuous improvement and operational excellence leader with deep expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and organizational transformation. Over the course of his career, he has helped companies across medical devices, aerospace, and manufacturing build sustainable systems that improve efficiency while strengthening culture and employee engagement. Known for his ability to connect with people at every level of an organization, Heylands focuses not just on process improvement, but on creating lasting behavioral and cultural change. Most recently, Heylands served as Director of Continuous Improvement at Intuitive, where he developed and deployed company-wide Lean and Six Sigma training initiatives that reached hundreds of employees across multiple events and workshops. His work included embedding DMAIC methodologies and Lean principles into core business processes while mentoring cross-functional teams on strategic improvement initiatives. One notable achievement involved reducing a surgeon payment cycle from three months down to fewer than five business days. Prior to Intuitive, Heylands spent nearly fifteen years at Edwards Lifesciences, where he held leadership roles focused on business excellence and Lean deployment. During that time, he led numerous high-impact initiatives, including productivity improvements, throughput increases, inventory optimization, and multimillion-dollar Six Sigma projects. His contributions earned him repeated recognition as Top Talent within the organization, a distinction reserved for fewer than ten percent of employees. Earlier in his career, Heylands led process improvement initiatives at Panasonic Avionics Corporation and served as a Six Sigma Champion at ITT Industries, where he was selected as one of only 48 employees out of 9,000 for advanced Six Sigma leadership training. Across these roles, he helped organizations streamline operations, prioritize high-value projects, and create scalable infrastructures for continuous improvement. In this conversation, we explore what it really takes to sustain continuous improvement efforts inside large organizations, why cultural buy-in matters more than most leaders realize, and how engineers and technical professionals can become more effective problem solvers, mentors, and change agents inside their teams. You've tried to "just listen to your body." And it either feels like silence, or static, or something comes through that feels way too scary or confusing to stay with. And then you wonder what is wrong with you, because this is supposed to be natural.Nothing is wrong with you. But there are three very specific reasons why this feels impossible, and this episode breaks all of them down.In Episode 4 of the Nervous System Series, we go into why survival mode literally turns off your body's signals, what years of overriding your hunger actually trained your brain to do, and why tuning inward can feel actively scary when your body is holding unprocessed emotions. We also cover the comfort zone, growth zone, panic zone framework, and why trying to do too much too fast always sends you straight back to where you started.Intuitive eating is the destination. But there's a step that has to come first. This episode is about that step.✦Get first access to my brand new free mini- course: Decode Your Food Noise → sabrinamagnan.com/decode-podcast

Burnout and Authenticity: Elizabeth Rosenberg's Intuitive PR StrategyAnika sat down with Elizabeth to explore why the most credible leaders aren't the most polished ones—they're the most present ones. The conversation revealed a counterintuitive truth: as AI automates expertise, human traits like intuition, vulnerability, and emotional intelligence become your competitive advantage. Elizabeth's dual background in PR and spiritual practice offered sharp pushback against the "authenticity is risky" narrative, alongside a practical framework for when vulnerability serves your brand (and when it doesn't).In This EpisodeThe origin story of Good Advice Company and why Elizabeth didn't need to find a market gap—she built on what she was already good atComing out of the spiritual closet in 2022 on LinkedIn and why the reaction shocked herThe Soul and Story process: combining Akashic readings, behavioral analytics, and deep story mining for authentic personal brandingWhy 90 male participants showed up to a tarot workshop at Fast Company's Innovation Festival (and what that man learned about his wife)Intuitive intelligence as the antidote to AI-generated mediocrityThe burnout story that terrified her more than admitting she's a spiritual mediumFrom hospital migraine to recognizing burnout looks different for everyone—there's no silver bullet recoveryWhy presence matters more than future-striving in leadershipThe fragmented media landscape and why "unhinged authenticity" (not chaos) is the futureReading the room: the difference between vulnerability and oversharing on LinkedInWhy smaller communities and in-person connection will win over influencer marketingThe Chief Spiritual Officer platform launching in early SeptemberTimestamps00:00 Introduction: Founder of Good Advice Company and Chief Spiritual Officer01:05 Building a company around what you're already good at, not market gaps03:36 Intuitive intelligence as a strategic advantage in the age of AI04:50 Coming out as spiritual on LinkedIn in 2022—and the surprising lack of backlash06:31 The Soul and Story proprietary process: Akashic readings + behavioral data + story mining09:41 The Fast Company Innovation Festival workshop: 90 people, tarot cards, and a man proving his wife right12:10 Male participation in spiritual practices is rising—what that signals14:44 Why AI can't replicate authentic personal branding19:42 The burnout story: hospital, lost motor skills, and the shame that followed22:06 Burnout looks different for everyone—recovery is never one-size-fits-all26:03 Recognizing the signs early and having a supportive boss who lets you name it28:13 Presence as a practice: why "just get through this" mentality kills leadership31:48 The fragmented media landscape and why traditional PR is evolving33:04 "The future is going to be the unhinged people"—original thought vs. algorithmic noise35:51 Why even national media placements don't guarantee new audience reach anymore38:14 Authenticity as strategy: vulnerability builds credibility, not weakness42:16 The oversharing risk: reading the room and trusting your intuition before posting44:06 Why smaller communities matter more than follower counts46:25 Leadership trends: CEOs staying silent, new industries emerging, the management skills crisis48:49 Chief Spiritual Officer platform: launching early September with significant iteration49:30 Favorite quote from Maya Angelou: "You're the funniest person you've ever met"Key Insights & TakeawaysInsight 1: Authenticity Isn't Soft—It's StrategicLeaders assume vulnerability signals weakness. The opposite is true. Failure stories, burnout recovery, and admitting what you don't know create the emotional connection that AI-generated content can never replicate. The most credible executives aren't the most polished—they're the most real.Insight 2: Intuitive Intelligence Is a Learnable Skill, Not a GiftPeople assume intuition is innate. Elizabeth reframes it as a skill you develop through practice—whether that's tarot, pendulums, journaling, or walking with loud music. The tool doesn't matter. What matters is creating space to listen to your own knowing instead of defaulting to what AI suggests or what everyone else is doing.Insight 3: Burnout Recovery Is Personalized—There's No ProtocolEveryone's burnout looks different. Elizabeth's was a hospital visit with lost motor skills. Someone else's is quiet resignation. The dangerous myth is that there's a universal fix. Real recovery requires honest diagnosis of your specific burnout, not following someone else's recovery playbook.Insight 4: The Algorithm Doesn't Expand Your Reach AnymoreEven a New York Times feature or national morning show appearance only reaches people already in your orbit. The algorithm filters for familiarity. This means visibility comes from original thought, in-person presence, and smaller communities where trust is built through repeated, authentic interaction—not from chasing big media placements.Insight 5: Read the Room Before You PostVulnerability is powerful, but context matters. Entrepreneurs can afford more candor than executives at Fortune 500 companies. The guardrail: if you're already questioning whether to post something, don't. That hesitation is intuition telling you it's an inside voice, not an outside voice. Text your PR friend instead.Insight 6: Presence Is a Competitive AdvantageLeaders are conditioned to always be striving toward the next goal. Presence—actually being where you are, with the people in front of you—is rare enough to stand out. It's also what prevents burnout. The paradox: being more present makes you more effective, not less.Insight 7: Male Participation in Spiritual Practices Is RisingThe workshop had 50/50 gender split. Elizabeth's client base shifted from 90% women to 60/40 in two years. This signals a cultural shift: men are giving themselves permission to explore intuition, energy work, and spiritual practice without the "woo" stigma. That's a leadership trend worth watching.Insight 8: AI Amplifies What You Already Know About YourselfAI can't tell you who you are. It can only reflect back patterns it's seen before. Real personal branding comes from deep self-knowledge—your origin story, your failures, what actually drives you. That's what Elizabeth mines through the Soul and Story process. AI is a tool for executing that clarity, not discovering it.Resources & Links MentionedGood Advice Company: thegoodadvicecompany.comChief Spiritual Officer Platform (launching early September 2026)Soul and Story Process (proprietary personal branding framework)Brick Phone (technology management tool Elizabeth recommends)About Elizabeth RosenbergElizabeth Rosenberg is the founder of Good Advice Company and Chief Spiritual Officer, a platform destigmatizing spirituality in corporate leadership. This is a recreation of a session I had with a young patient who was struggling with her grades and wanted to improve her performance. In today's episode, I'm sharing a gentle, empowering hypnotherapy session created for a young teen who came in feeling overwhelmed by slipping grades, constant pressure, and the emotional noise of family drama. Like so many teens navigating school, friendships, and home life all at once, she felt stuck .This session is designed to help teens reconnect with their inner steadiness, rebuild trust in their abilities, and create a calmer internal space where focus and confidence can grow. It's a beautiful example of how hypnotherapy for teens can support emotional regulation, academic performance, and resilience during challenging family dynamics. We began by guiding her into a soft, grounded state — a place where her nervous system could finally exhale. From there, I used imagery that was specific to her story a space where her thoughts could line up neatly, her memory could feel accessible, and her self-worth could rise to the surface again. As she relaxed, we worked with subconscious patterns around school performance. She learned how to release the belief that she was “bad at certain subjects” and replace it with a steady, confident inner voice that said, I can learn this. I can improve. I can show up for myself. This is the heart of hypnotherapy for school performance — helping teens shift from self-doubt to self-direction. We also addressed the emotional weight of family drama.Teens often carry more than they speak aloud, and this session helped her separate her identity from the tension around her. Through gentle subconscious reframing, she practiced stepping out of the emotional crossfire and into her own center — a skill that supports both academic focus and emotional wellbeing. This is a core part of hypno for managing family drama, giving teens tools to stay grounded even when home feels unpredictable. By the end of the session, she felt lighter, clearer, and more capable — not because the world around her changed, but because her relationship to herself did. That's the power of intuitive hypnotherapy for teens: it helps them reclaim their inner space, strengthen their confidence, and reconnect with the part of themselves that knows they can succeed. If you're a parent, caregiver, or teen navigating similar challenges, this episode offers a compassionate look at how hypnotherapy can support academic success, emotional resilience, and a calmer, more confident mindset. If this episode resonated with you — or if you have a teen who could benefit from a calmer mind, stronger confidence, or support navigating school stress and family dynamics — you're welcome to explore this work more deeply. To register for a complimentary discovery session with Dr. Cynthia, connect with us anytime at Hello@DrCynthiaSmith.com.We'd love to support you or your teen in creating a steadier, more empowered path forward.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/intuitive-hypnotherapy-podcast--5531961/support.✨ Thank you for listening! The 35 second clock still struggles to be what it claims, upwards of 10 seconds elapse after the end of a play before the 35 second clock starts. Teams are scoring touchdowns on over 24% of their offensive possessions, can they keep up this staggering pace? Quarterbacks went-off last weekend, four of them throwing for over 400 yards, not since 1995 has that happened. Davis Alexander had his helmet slammed on the turf, yet Alexander stayed on the field. Road teams have won four of six games this season, will this trend continue? (CFL on CBC theme music used with express permission; podcast recorded June 16, 2026).
WHAT IS FASCISM AND HOW TO FIGHT IT!!!!Fascism is a far-right, authoritarian, and ultranationalist political ideology. It prioritizes the perceived interest and glory of the nation over individual rights, often relying on dictatorial leadership, strict social and economic regimentation, militarism, and the violent suppression of opposition. [1, 2, 3]Key characteristics of fascism include:Extreme Nationalism: Absolute loyalty to the state or ethnic group, placing national unity above individual liberties. [1, 2]Dictatorial Power: Centralized, autocratic leadership that rejects democratic processes, pluralism, and liberalism. [1, 2]Scapegoating: Fixation on real or perceived national decline and the blaming of minority groups, foreigners, or political dissidents for societal problems. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]Militarism and Violence: The embrace of physical force, paramilitarism, and aggressive warfare as tools for political progress and "national cleansing". [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]State and Corporate Integration: Strong regimentation of the economy and society, often fusing state power with corporate interests. [1, 2]The ideology first emerged in early 20th-century Europe, most notably in Italy under Benito Mussolini and Nazi Germany under Adolf Hitler. Trust Your Gut? What Neuroscience Reveals About Intuition The Four Types of Intuition Every Leader Should Understand Episode 309 (Sunil is based in London, Ontario) In this conversation with Sunil Godse we explored: the science behind intuition and decision-making how intuition operates through the subconscious mind why trust is essential for business success the connection between intuition and leadership recognizing personal intuitive signals positive and negative intuition cues experiential intuition and learning from experience relational intuition and building trust situational intuition and reading environments creative intuition and taking calculated risks balancing intuition with logic and data why entrepreneurs often ignore intuitive warnings identifying intuition through past decisions overcoming fear to act on intuitive insights the opportunity cost of ignoring intuition strengthening intuition through deliberate reflection ----- About our guest, Sunil Godse: Sunil's intuitive branding services helped a struggling $400,000 company earn $3.5 million in just over 2 years. He is the author of two books, "Gut: What it is. How to trust it. How to use it." and "Fail Fast. Succeed Faster". Learn about about his intuitive branding services at https://sunilgodse.com/ Buy his books https://sunilgodse.com/books/ ----- Key points from this conversation with Sunil: Intuition is not mystical; neuroscience research suggests it operates through the subconscious mind. Intuitive processing can begin within milliseconds before conscious awareness. Trust is built through intuition and plays a major role in business success. Every person receives intuitive signals, but those signals are unique to the individual. Positive intuitive signals encourage action, while negative signals warn against potential problems. Intuition draws upon a lifetime of experiences stored in the subconscious. Four forms of intuition influence decision-making: experiential, relational, situational, and creative intuition. Experiential intuition relies on accumulated knowledge and past experiences. Relational intuition helps determine whom to trust and collaborate with. Situational intuition evaluates the environment and circumstances around a decision. Creative intuition encourages people to pursue opportunities that may appear risky to others. Many business failures occur when leaders ignore their intuitive warnings. Trust within organizations increases engagement, productivity, and loyalty. Employees become stronger contributors when they feel trusted and respected. Effective leaders balance intuition, emotion, and rational analysis. Reviewing past successes and failures helps identify personal intuitive signals. Intuition grows stronger when people consciously reflect on their experiences. Acting on intuition often requires courage because the path forward may be uncertain. Fear frequently prevents people from following intuitive guidance. Successful entrepreneurs often combine data with intuition rather than relying exclusively on either. ----- ----more---- Your Intended Message is the podcast about how you can boost your career and business success by honing your communication skills. When we think of a muse it is often associated with some beautifully inpiring sweet moment or creature and while that is absolutely an expression of the muse, the catalyst for inspiration and growth most often comes through the shadow. It is our opportunity to avail ourselves of the gifts that we are offered no matter which way it presents itself.
Is intuition a mystical "cool kids club" superpower, or is it an innate biological hardware built directly into human evolution? In this paradigm-shifting roundtable, host Doug Beitz sits down with three world-renowned experts in neuroscience, consciousness, and energy mechanics: pioneer of neurofeedback Dr. Drew Pearson, traditional Chinese medicine doctor and strategic advisor Dr. Amy Albright, and consciousness explorer Garnett Dupuis (creator of the Neurovisor). Together, they bridge the gap between hard data and extra-sensory perception. You will discover how different brain networks handle pattern recognition , how stress and trauma hijack your biological "spidey sense" , and how to build "brain state fluidity" so your mind can seamlessly shift gears between deep logic and intuitive knowing. What You'll Learn in This Episode: • The Biology of the "Gut Feeling": How the insula, amygdala, and anterior cingulate cortex collaborate to produce a physical "felt knowing" long before your conscious mind realizes it. • The 20-Story Building Analogy: Garnett Dupuis breaks down how the human brain navigates between low-entropy stability (habit building) and high-floor flexibility (intuition and open exploration). • De-cluttering the Nervous System: Why an overactive Default Mode Network (DMN) loops you into anxiety, and how to create a "quiet room" in your mind to hear subtle intuitive signals. Keywords: Intuition, neuroscience, neurofeedback, brain optimization, consciousness, gut instinct, emotional intelligence, intuition training, neuroplasticity, brain mapping, heart coherence, masculine and feminine energy, meditation, breathwork, personal development, human potential, self-awareness, consciousness research, intuition science, brain health, Connect with the Guests Dr. Amy Albright - https://www.instagram.com/dramyalbright/ - https://www.linkedin.com/in/dr-amy-albright-gamechanger/ - https://www.holonexperience.com/ Dr. Drew Pierson - https://www.linkedin.com/in/dr-drew-pierson-l-ac-daom-2b20439/ - https://www.instagram.com/dr.drewpierson/ - https://www.holonexperience.com/ Garnet Dupuis - https://www.instagram.com/dupuisgarnet/ - https://www.linkedin.com/in/garnet-dupuis-24b78226/ Connect with Doug Beitz: Email: info@dougbeitz.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/dougbeitz/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/dougbeitz/ Website: https://buymeacoffee.com/dougbeitz Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/6mQ258nugC3lyw3SpvYuoK?si=7cec409527d34438 Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/au/podcast/intuitive-conversations-with-doug/id1593172364 LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/doug-beitz-472a4b338/ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@dougbeitz178
Send us Fan MailFrom the age of four, Kate Saint Clair knew she was different. She didn't really understand the how and why of her ability to communicate with people who had died, but she knew others didn't seem to have this “gift”.Kate Saint Clair is a Human Intuition Expert, Psychic Medium, and Intuitive Advocate. Her life has been a journey of understanding the powers that she possesses and how she can help others to better understand their powers. Here's a bit more taken from her website, Katesaintclair.com. "Since 2007, I've been dedicated to one mission: to normalize intuition and bring it back to its rightful place as a source of wisdom, power, support, and guidance in everyday life.Every person is born with an accurate intuitive system that guides them to live the life their Soul came here to live. It's your birthright to know exactly how this system works so you use, control, and trust it. It's my life's purpose to teach you the mechanics of your personal guidance system, your intuition. For too long, sensitives, black sheep, and intuitives have been dismissed, silenced, or made to feel like outsiders. I know this path deeply—I've walked it myself. And now, I stand as a voice for the child who sees, feels, hears, and knows things but doesn't yet have the words to explain it. I speak for the soul who has always felt different, only to realize those differences are their greatest strength."Her goal through her work is to bring spiritual power and leadership back to women and to anyone who is soulfully connected to the Spirit World.

What if you could paint your deepest emotions — without anyone judging whether the painting is beautiful, and without needing to analyze what it means? In this episode, I talk with Bahar Amanzadeh, an intuitive painting guide whose trauma-informed workshops create a safe, somatic space for emotional healing through art.Bahar explains how intuitive painting differs from art therapy, why healing happens in the body before it happens in the mind, and how community and creativity can help us find rootedness even in the most turbulent times. As a member of the Iranian diaspora, she also shares how this practice helps her and her community process grief, displacement, and the ongoing trauma of war.Whether you're an artist or have never picked up a paintbrush, I think this episode will change the way you think about creativity, emotional expression, and healing. In this episode:What an intuitive painting guide does — and how it differs from art therapyHow somatic, body-based art practices support trauma healingWhy the inner critic shows up in creative work — and how to work with itThe role of community in emotional healingHow Persian poetry, music, and culture help Bahar stay rooted during crisisFinding belonging and identity as part of the Iranian diasporaTimestamped Highlights0:12 — I introduce the show and share a personal story about anger, shame, and the need for nonjudgmental emotional expression2:21 — Bahar's background: from dentist to intuitive painting guide, and her training with Kris Sydell3:55 — What is an intuitive painting guide? Since the discovery of her abilities, Karen has worked tirelessly to bring the word of Spirit to those who need it most. From the UK to the USA, from Asia to Australia, clients from all over the world meet with Karen to receive readings, enrol in mentorships and share a space for discussions on the power of Spirit. A woman with spirit and a breath of fresh air, Karen offers a contemporary approach to psychic work and mediumship based on traditional principles. Filled with love and compassion, she stands as one of the most reputable and skilled mediums in modern times. Karen's Journey: One of my earliest childhood memories is seeing spirit people, without actually realising they were spirit people. I never questioned it at the time, I just seemed to accept that they were there. My Grandmother, Elizabeth, often talked of the spirit world and she, too, was attuned to spirit in her own ways. I used to love listening to her stories about those who had crossed over. As I began to grow and develop my own connection with Spirit, she would often say ‘Karen brings the spirit world with her'. Every step I have taken in life led me to my mediumship. In previous jobs I was always frustrated that I couldn't do more to ease pain and suffering of others. I felt an insatiable desire to help others reach a place of happiness and comfort. That's when Spirit made themselves known and, over my 25-year journey, guided me to develop a deep connection. My work has changed, but my purpose has remained the same: to serve and guide others with the word of Spirit. To ease pain and sadness with comfort and love. And to provide genuine knowledge and evidence of the existence of a world beyond our own.
"Growing in celebrity, growing in wealth, growing in status, has growing pains." *** Rich people, famous people, and people on the quick upswing of success deal with a particular energetic struggle that most folks aren't tracking. Introducing a new term for something we haven't been talking about - the Projection Load: the accumulated energetic weight of other people's attention, expectation, judgment, and longings landing in your field when you're a little (or a lot) famous. If you're intuitive, empathic, or spiritually open, that load can get heavy fast. You can't always tell what's yours and what got lobbed into your field by other people watching you. Your energetic body gets puffed up with all those projections, influences, and the literal buzz of other people imagining stuff about you. This is the gunky heavy part about being rich & famous & successful. So let's talk about grounded intuitive leadership, intuitive boundaries, and what it actually takes to hold your field when it gets bigger. Success brings new energetic struggles: how to stay clear, how to hold your own space, and how to tell what's real in you when a whole lot of people are projecting their stuff your way. In this episode: How other people's attention lands in your nervous system before your brain even has words for it The Projection Load, and why it gets confusing, smothering, and crazy-making for intuitive leaders How praise, criticism, and expectation can flood your system in sneaky ways Why big lives require sophisticated support Bubble stewardship: knowing what belongs to you and what belongs to them Why energetic boundaries are mandatory for holding integrity as a leader Inside our programs, every session begins with "Bubble Breathing," an exercise Mellissa developed to help leaders clear their field and grow in clarity. If your field is getting bigger, it might be time to learn how to hold it. Are you an empath? Intuitive? Have people described you as highly sensitive (HSP)—and you've wondered why you seem to absorb other people's emotions (or even physical symptoms)? In this episode of Unpacking Possibility, psychologist Traci Stein breaks down what it really means to be an empath and an intuitive empath, how empathy differs from sympathy, and why high-empathy people can feel grounded one moment…and totally depleted the next. This episode is for you if you've ever left a conversation feeling overly “full,” anxious, or exhausted. And you'll know it's for you if people tell you, “I feel so much better after talking to you,” but you feel like you need to detox or take a nap afterward. In this episode, you'll learn:- Signs you may be an empath or intuitive empath - Why empathy can feel like both a gift and overwhelming without the right self-care- A simple, powerful question to help you reset: “Is this mine—or someone else's?”- How empath overload can show up as fatigue, anxiety, irritability, resentment, or physical symptoms- Grounding practices that help: boundaries, movement, guided imagery/meditation, and time in nature- Why even 10 minutes outside, done consistently, can make a differenceMentioned in this episode:Developing Everyday Intuition Coursehttps://www.drtracistein.com/developing-everyday-intuition-courseUse promo code ENERGY5OFF for $5 off.Meditations for Letting Go of Unhealthy Relationships: https://tracistein.com/products/mp3-releasing-unhealthy-patterns-situations-emotional-cords-formerly-letting-go-of-unhealthy-relationshipsStudy: Time Spent in Nature Leads to Significant Physical and Mental Health Benefits…https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11851813/

Send us Fan MailIn this week's episode Lance and Jacklyn welcome a very special guest to the show, psychic medium Nancy Weil. Join us for this mind opening and informative interview. For more than 30 years, Nancy Weil has been helping people connect more deeply with Spirit. Through her Life Guidance Readings and the classes she teaches, individuals from across the country have sought insight and encouragement from this gifted psychic medium whose motto is, “I clarify, motivate, and sometimes nag!” Nancy is quick to point out, however, that those messages come from Spirit — she is simply the messenger. At the heart of her work is the belief that each of us possesses an inner wisdom that is always speaking to us, if we are willing to slow down, open ourselves, and listen. Which brings us to our first question: How do we begin to do that? And does it really require meditating every day? To connect with Nancy email nancy@nancyweil.com Enjoy!

In this week's episode, I share the story of an intuitive nudge that changed my life in more ways than one. After not being able to eat dairy for eight years and gluten for eleven years, I received a quiet but persistent nudge to test my dairy allergy again. I had this feeling for about six months before I finally decided to listen and act on it. Before testing anything, I went to my doctor, saw an allergist, and did my own research about reintroducing dairy, because I did not trust this intuitive hit. Once I began testing, I started documenting everything in daily TikTok videos, tracking what I was eating and watching for any reactions. What began as a way to keep track of my experience turned into a daily practice of showing up online and becoming more comfortable with daily videos building confidence through consistency. Those daily videos eventually helped me become comfortable on TikTok, and a few months later I went viral, which significantly impacted my business and online presence. Looking back, I wonder what would have happened if I had listened to that initial nudge six months earlier, or even years before that moment when it first came through. This episode is about what happens when we do not listen the first time. It is about how we can make things more complicated than they need to be, and how intuition often arrives long before we are willing to act on it. It is a reminder that sometimes the smallest nudge is actually the beginning of something much bigger, and learning to listen the first time can save us time, energy, and unnecessary resistance. You never know where the domino effect of your intuition can lead you!
