    Many people get started on their nutrition journeys being told they need to eliminate certain foods, or even entire food groups. In turn, this can cause guilt when you do stray from “the one true diet” and you can end up creating an unhealthy relationship with food, or worse, full-blown disordered eating. If you're familiar with my work, you know that you can lose weight and achieve your goals without completely eliminating foods. The key is moderation and doing most things right most of the time. That's how you make sustainable progress long-term without crashing and burning or bingeing. And so, part of the solution to helping more people get healthier is education. Weil er unter seinem bürgerlichen Namen nicht zu finden ist und dafür eine Art "Künstlernamen" hat. Benannt nach seinem einmaligem Trainingskonzept, benannt nach seiner Firma oder wonach auch immer. Nun ist das nicht besonders schlimm, wenn ich ihn nicht finde und dadurch nicht verlinken kann. Was aber, wenn ein potentieller Klient nach Deinem Namen sucht und Dich nicht findet? Und das nur, weil Du ihn in Deinem Profil nicht angegeben hast.

Robert has his masters degree in personal training from the United State Sports Academy (University of Alabama) and a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from California State University of Sacramento. Linkul is the Southwest Regional Coordinator with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and was named the NSCA's 2012 Personal Trainer of the year.
