Darin divulges that he also makes time to volunteer to teach high school students constitutional law and history. Lane Powell attorney Kelsey Benedick recently sat down with Jill Long. In this episode, Kelsey discusses her invigorating workload and recounts how she was thrown into the deep end as a First-year Associate. Within her first year at Lane Powell, Kelsey already amassed unusual accomplishments such as arguing in Federal court and single-handedly administering depositions.At 10:03 in the episode, the conversation progresses to matters of transgender equality. Kelsey discusses her pro bono work on behalf of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) in the state of Oregon.
