Jack Ryder is an established actor, director, writer. We had a great chat about parenthood and a little about one of the most famous Eastenders death scenes of all time! - Getting run over by Mark Fowler! She is incredible honest about how she juggled being a single working Mum in the film industry and gives some great advice - especially for anyone that has a child that could be the next "Billy Elliott" 

Antony Costa sits down with me for a completely honest and funny chat about how he's getting on as a Dad. In the last year his work has stopped and he's not happy about it. He talks about finding patience, working as a team with his partner and shares a fantastic story when Blue were snubbed by Donatella Versace! 

This week I am joined by Kate Thornton (TV Presenter, Podcaster). I genuinely think this is the most positive episode we have ever recorded.
