Camp Cupples

Nackie and I begin our second season of Camp Cupples with our own version of an office party in the she shed.   Nackie has some Christmas trivia in store while we wait for our winter wood to be delivered.  

Probably the last episode of season one. We chat about New Year's traditions and I release a brand new song called Choir. Nackie's sound effects put 2020 in perspective. Before we dove into my long form poem story, Nackie returns to the podcast to talk about some of our favorite seasonal music. Nick's Place was originally released in 2009 but feels very appropriate for our current mood. Merry Christmas! I think I hear Santa on the roof,

World-famous songwriter, composer and my frequent creative partner, Tim Blane joins me to discuss our musical side projects and straddling the line between Hanukkah and Christmas. Tim's former bandmates James Williams, Adam Tressler and our good friend Matt Bogdanow also joined me in recording my featured tune Defending Christmas. Naturally, Tim and I can't get together without creating some new music. So, stick around until the end for a little holiday treat!

We quarantined, got tested and headed north to Vermont this Thanksgiving to start our holiday season.  While our kids wrecked the house, Lisa and I snuck out to her studio to play music and talk about the season.  We are also lucky to give a listen to her brand new song, Bring Your Joy.
