Let me be the first to say that I have found a dream team in music, so when Shahid and Dèja’ blow up, you can say you heard it here first! Every now and then you come across a team that naturally has a chemistry that can make anything possible and I believe these two are it! During the course of editing this podcast, I have listened to (D' Art of Seduction) several times and it makes me do more than just dance and secretly twerk in my mirror, but I'm also drawn to how the mixes and sounds compliment her words and rhythm. The tightly constructed production layout combined with the powerful, tantalizing lyrics make this album a hit for me! Please try it for yourself but after you listen to my podcast with Shahid! Enjoy! For a little more detail on how the interview between Shahid and I came about, go to https://www.designingculturemg.com/2020/11/d-art-of-seduction-with-shahid-on.html D'Art of Seduction is now on Spotify, Apple Music and TIDAL. Views From The Chixx was created by three beautiful women of color Quana, Terniqua and Joey. With music being the driving force for their podcast, they've intertwined their personal music selections with life’s many episodes. These international pod-casters discuss their process of creating the show, the power of music, and its evolving form, and where to find new music. These ladies also reaffirm how important it is for black women to not only be included in every aspect of today’s society but also to create our own way, one way or another. Their openness about anxiety and therapy and how it has affected their lives, is one of the many GEM’s that are discussed. Thanks for listening! Fall brings different scenes, smells, looks and in this case tastes. For my favorite season I sat down with Corey Lewis to experience his version of fall drinks. But that's not all. Digging a little deeper, I found more than just a bartender. Turns out the business of bartending is a very intense and proves to require more skills than just a flick of the wrists. Check out this episode to see how Corey incorporates the fall season with libations. Two of my favorite things!
