Experience good and bad ones give us the tool of perspective. A chance to compare and simulate the many situations we have encounter in life or others people experiences. The problem if we don’t have this. It will make are life feel like its never enough. Perspective helps us balance ourselves in our day to day life. Whenever we feel sad, discourage, too optimistic, etc. Building this skill is possible. Immigrants like us, that came from a country that didn’t have much. Gave us naturally more perspective than others. But if you feel that you don’t have it, no worries there is a way. This is our humble opinion on it and how can you build it. We all have Insecurities and of course an Ego. This prevents us from doing the right thing for us. We need to know ourselves to be able to manage them. If we cant stop them from controlling us. Our life wont be as fulfilling as it could be. In this episode we talk about how we got to manage them, the benefits from those small wins and how are we dealing with them today.
There are many ways to train Jiu Jitsu. Most people train competition or MMA focus, without knowing the difference between self defense focus and the rest. There are individuals practicing in the wrong place. Feeling that they are not good enough or getting injured, or maybe even being held back because they are so talented.
