I am captivated by the atmospheres on Depeche Mode's "Violator" album, so when I set out to create "Detective Undersea" I had those sounds in mind. Imagine if they came not to invade, but to dance! In "Freqz" I tried sounds I wouldn't usually go for. I was inspired by Fatboy Slim's "all in" attitude best heard on Better Living Through Chemistry. "Freqz" is mid-tempo breakbeat with a sci-fi soul.
