Welcome to Girl Hates Salad! Where I am trying to find the fun in health, wellness and fitness. Most of us want to make healthy changes in our life but change can be hard and sometimes we really don't know where to start. Join me as I give tips and suggestions for creating a healthy life you love - that fits for your unique self. For a long time a healthy life for me meant eating salad regularly - but I hate it! So now I work on finding a healthy that works for me and helping people do the same. Life is not perfect - mine certainly isn't! Things are messy and chaotic and I will be honest about all that comes with that, including the struggles, but (hopefully) in a funny entertaining way. Listen, laugh and let's grow together.
