A pioneering podcast for female endurance athletes by female endurance athletes.
Dr Jen Mushtaler, OB/GYN, knows a thing or two about women endurance athletes; those who choose to run, swim or bike, or do all three. She IS one, and her patients ARE athletes, too. Elite to beginner, she works with them all. She will be joining GOTRIbal for another round, to share her humor, insights and expertise as an OB/GYN who focuses on supporting women who want to continue to train while they are planning a family, or just navigating the waters of being a woman and the challenges we have as we grow and develop in our sport of choice. Join us and bring your questions!
Dr. Jen Mushtaler specializes in female athlete based health questions. She will be answering all your probing questions about all the things it means to be a female endurance athlete. No question is off limits! Maybe you want to know how menopause affects your training or how to be a healthy fit, pregnant athlete? Bring all the questions you never think to ask your doctor because Dr. Jen has the answer!
Wendy Mader, swim coach, athlete and GOTRIbal Expert Coach is helping you get ready for training season. For so many of us, swimming is a difficult aspect of endurance sports.
