In this podcast, I will have guest speakers tell their story of what truly keeps them alive. They will share what their life means to them as well as what inspires them to keep on living. I hope that from these discussions, you fellow listeners can take away a thing or two to help your own journey in keeping alive.

She also goes into detail about living as a person diagnosed with young onset Parkinson's Disease. We can all learn from Michelle's stories.

My guest today is someone that I’ve been good friends with since high school who has a very talented career in theater. He’s preformed in lead roles such as lord Farquuad in Shrek the Musical, Gaston in beauty and the beast, and Amus Hart in Chicago. He now focuses his attention on directing and currently works as a director at the Lewiston Civic theater in Lewiston, Idaho, with his most recent directing credit being Sweeney Todd. This guy puts his heart and soul in everything he does. I’d like you all to meet, Conner Brown.
Today’s guest is one of the most inspiring and influential people I know. She was born in a small town, Jackson Michigan, with a strong faith and a close knit family. As a child, she had dreams of one day seeing the world. As of now, she’s been all around the world and won’t stop moving to this day. I don’t think she’d like me sharing her age, but let’s just say her looks could fool you (She's 80). She still goes on two walks a day and has more of an active lifestyle than most millennials! I’d like everyone to meet my grandma, “Carolyn Best”. In this interview, we discuss: how it was like to live as a child in a small town during the 1960s, the struggles and accomplishments of being a nurse, the value of travel and how it impacts the way you think, and what it means to connect with your faith.
