Derrik Nelson brings on a few of his former teammates to talk about their run through the GPAC tournament in Lincoln as the slow starting Lancers shocked the NAIA by taking home the GPAC championship.

Josh, Derrik and Dan take a look back as the show reaches its 10th episode at the highlights so far. They also talk the NAIA ruling on fall sport restrictions on contest limits and have lots of talk about how the fieldhouse impacts sports at Mount Marty.

Josh and Derrik sit down with Yankton High School and Mount Marty Hall of Famer Jason Nelson to talk about his time in both red and navy. They track his time as a three sport star for the Bucks, then on to Johnson County CC before arriving at Mount Marty as a star centerfielder. They then track his time as an assistant under his former teammate, Andy Bernatow.

Josh and Dan talk the early summer heat and sports returning to action at Mount Marty and around the Yankton area before a sit down with the President of Mount Marty, Dr. Marc Long. Dr. Long talks his journey to Yankton, his love of Missouri Tiger athletics, and some of his favorite games he has seen by the Lancers.

After a week hiatus, the alumni series returns as Dan sits down with Conlan Callahan, Marcus Mathieu and Shaye Bloch to talk about the process to ending the 72 game GPAC men's basketball losing streak and their best memories of their time at Mount Marty.

Josh, Dan, Beau and Derrik cover the recent sports documentaries that have been flooding out of the national networks, as long as a short preview of the Yankton Tappers upcoming season in the SCL and quick update on the awful golf games of the hosts. After, Josh and Dan sit down with Mount Marty men's basketball head coach Todd Lorensen to talk about his journey to MMU and the past success he had before coming to Yankton. They also cover the 20 win season the Lancers had in 2019-20 and a quick preview of the 2020-21 season.

Josh and Dan welcome Mount Marty SID and Baseball GA's Beau Lofink and Derrik Nelson onto the show to talk about the covid-19 shutdown and a good Andy Bernatow story from his time in college. Then, the guys talk to Lancer women's basketball coach Todd Schlimgen about playing and working for his dad, his time as an assistant and the transition to being a head coach, his love of nachos and the upcoming 20-21 season.

Josh sits down with four members of the 2018 baseball team to talk about their season and the magical moment that happened against the Doane Tigers in the GPAC Tournament when Trevor Jutting slugged a walkoff grand slam well into the early hours of May 5th, 2018.

Tate sits down with Cassidy Gebhart, Raquel Sutera, Alex Kneeland and Logan Wagner of the 2016 Fab Four women's basketball team to discuss their paths to Mount Marty and the magical turnaround that led them to being one of the final teams alive for a national championship in 2016.

The hosts this week talk to Mount Marty Athletic Director Chris Kassin about his family, his time working and playing for Dave Boots at South Dakota, and what brought him to Mount Marty. They also cover the football teams impending debut and the Ruth Donohoe First Dakota Field House that Is scheduled to be completed this summer.

In our first installment of our new series of alumni series, Dan sits down with Tom Bies, Craig Mock and Tim Mudd about their experiences playing basketball at Mount Marty during the late 1980's. The guys talk about their time playing for different coaches, their time without an arena and the impact the sisters of the Sacred Heart Monastery had on their time while at Mount Marty and since their graduation.

Dan, Tate and Josh talk about how the covid-19 pandemic has changed the way recruiting is conducted, followed by a talk with Lancer Deputy Athletic Director Chuck Iverson, covering his playing and coaching careers, along with the success of his family on the basketball court.
