Mindful Meditations & Breathing Exercise
This episode (and the ENVISION episode) was inspired by a dear friend of mine. Her name is Shannon and she is a Yoga Nidra teacher. Her work has helped me tremendously, I highly recommend her. @shannonbyoga or www.heal.me/shannonbyoga.
This is a guided meditation where you are invited to breath at your own pace and listen to my voice as we practice envisioning light and energy moving through the body.
This fire breath technique is for moments of intensity. It can create fire in the belly as well as release stagnant energy in the belly and organs in that region of the body. Can be used while exercising/lifting weights to control heart rate and breathing.
