Steven Dunn is a psychology professor at UCO and he is also the Manager of Research Compliance at the Office of Research & Sponsored Program. He is very involved in the psychology community at UCO.
Dr. Caleb Lack is a professor at UCO, researcher, author, and activist among other things. He is a clinical psychologist whose work focuses on anxiety, critical thinking, and pseudoscience. He is also the director of the Secular Therapy Project which aims to connect non-religious or secular persons who need mental health services with mental health professionals that will neither try to convert their patients nor use anything but evidence-based treatments.https://www.seculartherapy.org/http://www.caleblack.com/
Dr Nora Gayzur is a professor at UCO. She studies sexuality and cognition and a whole bunch of other interesting things. She is a lovely person and you should listen.
Robert D. Mather is a Professor of Experimental Psychology at the University of Central Oklahoma and has also taught at the in the School of Behavioral and Brain Sciences at University of Texas at Dallas. He is editor of Journal of Scientific Psychology and has conducted experimental research on both social cognition and visual perception. He has co-authored the books Automaticity and Cognitive Control in Social Behavior (Fountainhead, 2007) and The Analysis of Variance: An Integrated Approach to Experimental Design (Kendall/Hunt, 2008).
Dr. Chappell has a B.A. in psychology, M.A. in Criminal Justice, and a Ph.D. in Sociology fromthe University of Oklahoma. Her areas of focus at OU were criminology/deviance, and sociology of the family/gender.
Robert Doan is a professor at UCO, and a musician. We talked about psychotherapy and exercise among other things. He is really smart and you will enjoy this talk.
Rosa Kesner and Yasmin Shirali are both graduate students in the psych department at UCO. I think they are really cool and I look up to them. Enjoy this conversation where we cover several subjects in psychology like trauma, and being Hispanic and junk.
Bob Beasley is a child psychiatrist and has been for a long time, he and I talk about his experience as a child psychiatrist and how it has changed throughout the years.
