Apologies for the delay in uploading this episode guys, had a string of technical hiccups that needed to be sorted out before I was able to record properly (hoping they're all sorted now). **Mastered for audio only listeners** In this episode I give you an update on my ongoing recovery for my meniscus tear injury. In addition to discussing my opinion on the adequate amount of cardiovascular training you need to do in order to burn fat while retaining as much of that precious muscle mass as possible. Going on to give my personal advice for those who are looking into a career as a personal trainer and those who have just begun their journey in the fitness industry as a PT.
