It has been a while since My Day Off has been back in full force. This time, we are joined by dear friends Liv Douglas and Greg Cox. Both incredible people first and foremost, and incredible musicians. Both have also appeared on this podcast before! We really just wanted an excuse to get together and have some laughs and invite all of you into our fun. Also, we hope you enjoy listening to our FIRST episode of 2021!
Knowing how to sort the good expectations vs the unhealthy expectations from ourselves and others can be a lifelong process. If there is gentle reminder in this episode, it would be to ask ourselves the hard questions- whether it is during Covid times or even normal times. In so many ways this year has forced the issue of change, and while a lot of that has been hard for so many, I do think that this year has presented a golden opportunity to learn to lean into the shifting. In this episode, we explore a bit more about the important of leaning into leaning into the difficult areas of our lives.
