NPC (Non-player characters) in any ttrpg or dnd can feel a little tedious to create. In our worldbuilding podcast, we create some movie based npc's to fit into our unique setting. This setting was randomized by dice rolls and given the popular vote between 4 different worlds that we conceptualized. These characters do not need to be challenging or time consuming to create. Sometimes as a DM you can get thrown on to your backfoot. Having these characters in your back pocket as a last defense can be wonderful. You already have negative traits and positive character traits. We referenced a few things here, due to the nature of building characters this way.
