In this week's episode of Bikinis After Babies, we welcome Brooklyn Goodsell, an IFBB Fit Model Pro, wife, mother and online coach.  Brooklyn's story is one that will truly resonate with so many women — especially mothers who have walked through the physical and emotional challenges that come after childbirth.  Brooklyn battled postpartum depression after the birth of her son 6 years ago— a mental health struggle that SO many women silently battle, yet so few openly talk about.  Brooklyn turned her deepest struggle into her greatest strength, using that pain as fuel for her transformation. She's done being a threshold guardian. She's done being you know someone that gets walked over or doesn't get the respect or the validation she deserves or is seeking to experience so she's taking it upon herself to recreate her image her mind her whole human her whole persona and she accepts that she is in God & that she is part of God, which is interesting to me cause as far as I know you are your own God and you are God and you're just another creation of God you're just another version of God but here we get a prospective that is a different frame of mine. And maybe that could help you in this reality! Moving forward !now for me I take with a grain of salt' I take what I need from this story and what I need from this story; overall is the fact that we do have control! we do have choice. We do have co-creation.
