Today's guest is Jennifer Capozzi, an IFBB Bikini Pro, wife, mom of two, certified personal trainer, and Bombshell Fitness coach who has been coaching for more than 13 years. Originally from Queens, New York, she now calls the East End of Long Island home. Fitness has been a constant throughout her life, and she has built a career around helping both everyday women and competitive athletes become stronger, build muscle, and create sustainable lifestyles. Her competitive bodybuilding journey began more than a decade ago at the 2013 Brooklyn Grand Prix, and she has competed extensively across the NPC, including numerous Masters and Open competitions never placing out of top 5. After years of competing, multiple national-level placings, and coming close to the top of her divisions, she ultimately earned her IFBB Pro Card at the 2024 Masters Nationals in Pittsburgh, winning the Masters 40+ division. Improv?  Address: Why does it matter? Perspective: Some things you can adjust to make it your own:  Plot points, structure, rules Areas of focus: action, emotion, mystery, suspense, NPC interactions, level of OOC humor, tactics Tone and pacing Move it to a setting you love (time, place) Lean into certain kinds of horror you like – body horror, weird science, chases, absurdity Personal “calling card:” a certain NPC or voice; a plot or setting element; a running joke with players (or an audience) who know you;  Presentation: lean into things that reflect how you like to move and speak at the table or online What things can you adapt in a scenario to suit your storytelling style? Clarify: Is this something you can do as a new GM, or do you need to really have a sense of who you are first? Should you feel obligated to change things? Welcome back to another week of the Pick & Go. The Greatest Rivalery tour has started with a tough clash against the Stormers, which has certainly left the team bruised, but the ABs did come away with the victory. The match produced a number of talking points, but a massive one was who'll replace Billy Proctor. There is one name on everyone's lips, but will Rugby NZ change the rules to let them play. Welcome back to Dungeon Damsels, Morning brought unexpected chaos when the party discovered that two of their dire wolves, Dozer and Lexi, had raided their packs and gobbled up all their rations, including Luna's mother's homemade cookies. Gealach and Ellie gathered local blue thistle to brew an herbal remedy for the bloated wolves, while Ciara headed into town to buy five days of replacement rations. Mounted once again on their dire wolves, the Damsels continued toward the capital until encountering a river where the main bridge was under construction by stonecutters known as the Kindred. Rather than wait days for a temporary plank walkway, the group improvised a swift crossing. Ellie summoned giant spectral owls to fly party members across, Ari wild-shaped into a bat, Geleach sprinted across the water's surface, and Ari teleported the heavy dire wolves to the far bank using magic. Upon arriving in Lightchester—a grand, multi-storied island city—the party stabled their wolves at "The Layabout". Urgent news soon arrived from Luna's mother, Jade: the villainous Odo had pushed Luna's trial forward, meaning key noble allies wouldn't arrive until noon. To buy time, the Damsels divided into teams to create simultaneous citywide delays. Geleach, Kanaris, and Luna snuck into the city's water clock tower to tamper with its mechanism and push back the schedule. Meanwhile, Ellie teamed up with Detective Tamari, Aesir, and Seia at a major six-way thoroughfare. By casting plant magic alongside faked accidents and street singing, they brought carriage traffic to a complete standstill. In the castle courtyard, Seliana, Ari, and Ciara tackled the arriving aristocrats by staging an impromptu fashion show. Ciara cartwheeled down the catwalk in custom gowns to hold the crowd's attention while the clock team worked uninterrupted. The multi-pronged stalling effort worked, delaying the trial until a wave of dignitaries finally poured into the courtyard. Representatives from the elven principalities, the Drow Matriarchy, and several figures from the party's past filled the space. Overwhelmed by the sudden arrival of high-profile guests, Ellie panicked, wild-shaped into a noisy peacock, and dove headfirst into a nearby bush. The episode closed on a funny cliffhanger as a curly-haired drow monk did a double-take at the squawking bird hiding in the garden foliage. Welcome! Darkness, deafening winds, madness, and unpredictable gravity can challenge a party without requiring constant monster encounters. The plane contains four layers: Pandesmos, Cocytus, Phlegethon, and Agathion. Each becomes more difficult to navigate, survive, or pronounce. The wind does more than make noise. It carries voices, screams, threats, and other sounds from across history, creating an endless supernatural chorus capable of destroying a traveler's sanity. Navigation is nearly impossible when characters can walk along cave walls and ceilings and rivers can flow in whatever direction they feel like flowing. Most of Pandemonium's inhabitants are exiles, prisoners, refugees, or creatures that arrived accidentally and cannot leave. Nobody appears to have moved there because of the excellent schools. Agathion's sealed pockets make excellent prisons, vaults, and adventure locations for ancient beings that absolutely should not be awakened. The River Styx and Pandemonium's portals provide possible escape routes, but memory loss, random destinations, and ambush predators make every option terrible in a different way. Pandemonium works best when the plane itself feels like the primary antagonist. The monsters should be additional complications, not the only source of danger. Enemy illusionists can create memorable encounters, but Dungeon Masters should apply the same standards to NPC illusions that they apply to player illusions. Smart enemies using stealth, terrain, traps, and spells such as Pass Without Trace can turn supposedly weak creatures into serious threats without artificially increasing their statistics.
