(No, The Acacia Strain is not responsible at all. However, it was weird seeing people pretend like The Acacia Strain's music isn't full of hate, ill will, and malice. My point was that music is meant to build a community of people who connect with it. Stoner metal attracts stoners, punk rock attracts people who identify with the punk life style, etc. When you've put out ten years worth of music that talks about how much you despise humanity and how little a human life is worth, is it surprising that some people are attracted to it because they identify with the world views it contains? It's clear The Acacia Strain did not cause or inspire a mass shooting; 99.9999% of their fans will never do anything like this. BUT, have they created music that likely attracts people who have similar, hateful world views? I think the answer is obviously yes).
