This week on Loner & Stoner, Tuddle and Colton hit the road—literally. Recorded on the drive back to Tampa along the ever-chaotic I-4, the duo recap their weekend at the Orlando City match, share road trip ramblings, and serve up their signature mix of stoned takes and loner logic. It's raw, it's real, it's rolling (in more ways than one). Buckle up and vibe out.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

37. Paul Waters talks to and hears about the winner and runners-up of the 2025 India Global Forum Archer Amish Award for Storytellers - including Jeffrey Archer, Amish Tripathi, Shalini Mullick, Nitya Neelakantan, Yogesh Pandey, & Amit Roy - the editor of the Eastern Eye newspaper. Dr Shalini Mullick is the author of The Way Home. Nitya Neelakantan is the author of Navapashanam - The Quest for the Nine Magical Poisons. And Yogesh Pandey is the author of The Kill Switch. The winner tells us about his/her writing process - the miracle of how it is fitted in to the rest of a very busy life.Jeffrey Archer talks about what makes a page turner & his new book, the latest & likely final instalment in his William Warwick series, End Game, set at the London Olympics. He also gives an insight - courtesy of Commander Robert Broadhurst who was the Met Police Gold Commander for the 2012 Olympics - into what could have gone catastrophically wrong at the real Olympics - & why Sebastian Coe was never told. Jeffrey also explains why Stoner by John Williams is the book that has been gripping him recently. He also has another story up his sleeve which he says is better than Kane and Abel.Amish Tripathi talks about his new book, The Chola Tigers, about a historical assassination squad, & the challenges of researching a setting so long ago. He's been reading something very up to date though - two books by Ray Kurzweil, The Singularity is Near: When Humans Transcend Biology, &, The Singularity is Nearer: When We Merge with AI. They both also explain why they've chosen who they've chosen as the winner of the inaugural IGF Archer Amish Award for Storytellers - which is incidentally sponsored by the House of Abhinandan Lodha. The IGF itself has Manoj Ladwa as Founder & Chairman.Plus, Amit Roy of the Eastern Eye gives his insight into the divergence of south Asian and British south Asian culture & writing - & why Indian writers & filmmakers come to London, 'the capital of Greater India', for validation. AA Dhand & Satyajit Ray get a mention. We'd Like A Word is a podcast & radio show from authors Paul Waters & Stevyn Colgan. (And sometimes Jonathan Kennedy.) The first in the series is Murder in Moonlit Square, which published by No Exit Press / Bedford Square Publishers & Penguin India in October 2025. Colton takes us back to the one and only time he suited up for high school football — and yes, it's as chaotic as it sounds. The guys recap their weekend link-up at a local bike night hosted by content creator MikeRidesDaily, complete with loud engines and louder personalities. Plus, a quick health check-in on Tuddle, who's (kind of?) still kicking. In the news: a wild story about an MLB Cubs player skipping a game to attend Charlie Kirk's funeral sparks some serious side-eye and speculation. And finally, things get heated as the boys dive into a full-on debate: should men be taking paternity leave, or nah?See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Imagination holds no bounds when you listen to an Anointing The Sick Metal Blog show and its a particularly sick one this week, opening with a track off the incoming sludge monster 'Astralis' by Azell. There's lots of doom, death and general carnage and the filth pit has been very bountiful this week. There are tracks from new albums that have been a highlight for me over the last couple of weeks from Treasondom, Supernaughty, Malthusian, God's Funeral, Heidrun, Molosser Crude and Sars. The show closes with a doom monster from the often surprisingly melodic Pallbearer.~Wallow In Sickness ~AzellZakk SabbathFirewindClarion VoidAngmodnesTigers On OpiumHands Of GoroBlazarTreasondomSupernaughtyMalthusianGod's FuneralHeidrunMolosser CrudeSarsPallbearer

Show #243 We Are The Fallen is now available to download or generally piss off Granny. This is the most extreme show I've done in a while courtesy of Haepethral records and aided and abetted by the ugly sounds of some of my favourite new releases from False Gods, Afghan Haze, Tar Pit, Mud Valley alongside new groove laden thrash tunes from Silius. Speaking of thrash, I'm playing Messiah for the first time in a while and a new thrash discovery for me, Drain Down as well as Sentry. Doom Charts is represented by Kitsa from last year. This show opens with a nasty dose of doomy tunes by PVRS and there's a filthy full stop with Mexican deathsters Cathartic. Among all this carnage I've ladled even more doom with a track by We Follow The Earth and added some stoner acid from Space Coke. A modicum of sanity is offered by a savage brand of grunge from Fuzz Forward.~ Wallow In Sickness ~PVRSKitsaSpace CokeFuzz ForwardDemonic PossessorDrain DownQaalmMessiahWe Follow The EarthSentryMud ValleyFalse GodsSiliusAfghan HazeTar PitCathartic
Alyson Stoner is the founder and CEO of Movement Genius, a mental health platform designed to support child performers. Stoner started their career as a child star, acting in hundreds of projects as an actor, singer, and dancer. They got their big break as a dancer in Missy Elliot's “Work It” music video and went on to star in Disney Channel's Camp Rock, Cheaper by the Dozen, the Step Up movies, and many others. At age 17, after a decade of nonstop work and growing up in the spotlight, Stoner stepped away from performing to take care of their mental health. In rehab, they questioned whether they would have chosen to be an actor after realizing how much it affected their well-being—and wondered what their life would have been like if they had felt more supported as a kid in the entertainment industry. After realizing that their true passion was psychology, Alyson left Hollywood behind to study it. After gaining multiple certifications in the field, they founded Movement Genius with the goal of making mental health support more accessible and affordable online. They also created the Artist Wellbeing Essentials—a digital tool kit designed to support children performers. Today, Stoner is a fearless advocate for mental health, whether it's on their podcast, Dear Hollywood, or in their new memoir, Semi-Well-Adjusted Despite Literally Everything.Order the book here!See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Warning: This episode accidentally turned into The Tuddle Therapy Hour. What started as a normal podcast quickly spiraled into Tuddle trauma-dumping while Colton moonlights as an unlicensed therapist (probably violating several HIPAA laws). From reliving their chaotic weekend to unpacking Tuddle's very awkward run-in with his ex-wife, it's messy, it's dramatic, and it's weirdly therapeutic.
Colton pulled off the impossible—free Little Caesars for a whole year. Hear how he finessed the pizza gods. Then, the guys weigh in on fitness influencer Joey Swoll quitting social media and the whole cancel culture mess—no filters, no holding back. Plus, an illegal gambling ring just got busted in Florida... and somehow, we've got the inside scoop.Call or text us anytime: (813) 906-8806

Noah Cyrus is baaaack! And this time she's bringing it alllll… from a full-on musical performance to visiting the dispensary with Tizzle before recording, today's episode is a wild ride you don't want to miss. Buckle up as Tish “eases her way back into weed” (or so she says…) and Brandi does her best to keep the two stoney balognas on track. Noah opens up about her new album, I Want My Loved Ones to Go With Me, and how family, faith, and a little psychedelic journey helped shape the music. She also shares why having Blake Shelton on one of the tracks was more than just a country collab, it was "meant to be." Plus they play a round of the Boring Game (a little less boring this time) which sparks the debut of their girl group, "The Cuntry Cats." And this girl group is in quite the mood today, so expect lots of laughs and classic Cyrus family banter! CHECK OUT NOAH'S MUSIC: “New Country” Feat. Blake Shelton

Tish and Brandi are welcoming a very special guest this week: Tish's stepson, Joe Purcell! He might be new to acting, but thanks to his roles in viral vertical films (and a few steamy scenes), Joe is blowing up on TikTok… without even having the app. They dive into Joe's unexpected journey into acting (shoutout Heath Ledger), and why he's keeping his real life low-key despite the growing buzz online. They get into everything from growing up with famous parents (hi, Dom Purcell!), to why Joe waited five years to rejoin Instagram, to the struggles of dating as a "heartthrob in Hollywood." Joe opens up about navigating intention in relationships and what he's learned from his dad's career choices. Plus, a hard-hitting Dear MT, a slightly concerning LaCroix obsession, and a not-so-boring round of The Boring Game. It's heartfelt, hilarious, and a little BTS of a star in the making. Tish and Brandi are flying solo this week and catching up after Miley's BIG episode! Brandi's battling an illness, while Tish spills all the tea from her NYC trip—yes, including meeting actual icon Parker Posey. They dish on Miley's comedy era (it's giving Lucille Ball), the Labubu craze taking over designer bags, and the TV shows you should be watching (Sirens, The Better Sister) so you're not stuck watching garbage! Plus: a High Design bedroom makeover for one of our Stoners, juicy Dear MTs, and the question nobody asked but we're answering anyway... What if Tish and Miley switched lives for a day? (a Freaky Friday spinoff, not a bad idea!) So, if you're curious about the Labubu hype or just want a comfy catch-up with the gals, this one's for you. Good things come to those who wait… After months of Stoners' DMs, voicemails, and full-on manifestations, Miley Cyrus FINALLY joins her mom and sister on Sorry We're Cyrus for the first time ever — and it's giving everything you hoped for and more. In this unfiltered Miley Cyrus podcast interview, the Cyrus girls cover it all: the Bangerz era, Miley getting kicked out of religious school, scheduling “sporadic joy” in her calendar, and Tish's much-anticipated weed pen comeback. (YUP – we're just as shocked as you!) Miley opens up about her Something Beautiful album/era, shares the best advice her mom ever gave her (kind of), and sets the record straight on Tish staying in her basement. Stoners, you've waited long enough. Miley said it best: “I should be a regular on this.” So if you've ever wondered what it's really like when three Cyrus girls are in one room, this is it. It's SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL. Check out Miley's new album, Something Beautiful -- OUT NOW! More Miley: Website Instagram Don't forget to rate, review, and follow the show!
