America is celebrating its 250th birthday... and naturally The Rizzuto Show immediately derails the conversation by asking the only question that matters: what ridiculous stuff deserves to survive another 250 years? This daily comedy show goes completely off the rails as the crew debates whether future civilizations need Crocs, Stanley Cups, Ring doorbell raccoon footage, Shake Weights, CVS receipts, a single lost AirPod, Nicolas Cage himself, or maybe just Dolly Parton's legendary wigs.Speaking of Dolly, Lern dives into Dolly Parton's brand-new Tennessee travel stop, complete with BBQ, showers, merch, sparkling guitars, and enough Southern charm to make every interstate exit jealous. The conversation quickly snowballs into which musicians deserve their own themed truck stops around America, leading to debates over Nelly, Chuck Berry, Metallica, KISS, and who really owns Missouri music history. Then it's celebrity chaos as the crew breaks down the latest rumors surrounding Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's reported multi-day wedding celebration. Is Madison Square Garden really the right place? Is America being upstaged during its own birthday? And how much New York traffic can one celebrity wedding possibly create?Music fans also get plenty to chew on with Bring Me The Horizon's brutally heavy throwback release, Jason Momoa reflecting on hosting Black Sabbath's farewell celebration, memories from Ozzy Osbourne's final performances, Metallica box sets, Chris Cornell reissues, and new albums worth checking out.The celebrity news doesn't stop there. Chet Hanks hilariously leans into his own reputation in a new commercial, Kylie Jenner faces another lawsuit, Prince William officially joins the billionaire club, and the crew remembers legendary Blood, Sweat & Tears vocalist David Clayton-Thomas while celebrating one of classic rock's greatest voices.Movie fans aren't left out either. The gang reviews early reactions to Supergirl, talks James Gunn's DC universe, discusses the latest Jackass film, and previews some surprising new releases hitting theaters and streaming. As always, Crap on Celebrities wraps things up with birthdays, entertainment headlines, questionable opinions, and the kind of completely unnecessary debates that somehow become the highlight of every episode. If you enjoy pop culture, weird news, rock music, celebrity gossip, and conversations that spiral from national history into Dolly Parton truck stops in record time, this daily comedy show delivers exactly the kind of beautiful nonsense you've come to expect. Thanks for making The Rizzuto Show part of your day. Whether you're commuting, working, pretending to work, or hiding from your responsibilities, we're happy to provide the soundtrack for your poor life choices. One more thing…If you could put ONE item into America's time capsule that won't be opened until 2276... what would it be?That's the question. And yes, someone absolutely suggested a Big Mac.Because of course they did. This daily comedy show wouldn't have it any other way.Follow The Rizzuto Show → https://linktr.ee/rizzshow for more from your favorite daily comedy show.Connect with The Rizzuto Show Comedy Podcast online → https://1057thepoint.com/RizzShowHear The Rizz Show daily on the radio at 105.7 The Point | Hubbard Radio in St. Louis, MO.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

On this episode of The Rizzuto Show, the crew starts with Midwest weather complaints before spiraling into giant backyard mushrooms, haunted furnaces, exploding thermostats, and the realization that owning a home is basically paying to discover new noises every week.Summer chaos is in full swing as the gang debates public pool etiquette, questionable beach water, Fourth of July celebrations, fireworks, and another unforgettable night at Captain Jim's Fireworks—complete with hilarious listener encounters and one brutally honest kid who absolutely roasted Rafe. The nonsense keeps rolling with bizarre news, including an update on internet-famous Michael Phillips, an unbelievably awkward wine-smuggling attempt, and a discussion about what ridiculous items deserve a place in America's 250th anniversary time capsule. Crocs? Stanley Cups? Ring doorbell raccoon videos? Nicolas Cage? Nothing is off the table.Plus, there's plenty of celebrity and entertainment talk, including Dolly Parton's new Tennessee travel stop, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce wedding rumors, Bring Me The Horizon, Ozzy Osbourne memories, Metallica, movie news, and the latest edition of Crap on Celebrities. As if that wasn't enough, the crew dives into Europe's newfound obsession with ranch dressing, secret snack stashes, dirty sodas, early-bird dinners, and another unforgettable E-Memoriam featuring catalytic converter thieves, HVAC headaches, and an action-movie version of Colonel Sanders that nobody asked for—but everyone needed. It's another completely unhinged episode packed with weird news, pop culture, sarcastic commentary, rock music, ridiculous hypotheticals, and friends roasting each other for nearly three hours.Follow The Rizzuto Show → https://linktr.ee/rizzshow for more from your favorite daily comedy show.Connect with The Rizzuto Show Comedy Podcast online → https://1057thepoint.com/RizzShowHear The Rizz Show daily on the radio at 105.7 The Point | Hubbard Radio in St. Louis, MO.Why Should You Shower Before and After Swimming? These Georgia beaches have elevated levels of fecal bacteriaBest & Worst Places for 4th of July Celebrations (2026)Man with 'world's smallest penis' makes heartbreaking admission about having a micropenisInmate Cops To Smuggling Wine In VaginaMaryland woman upset over Taco Bell wait time allegedly flashed gun, challenged workers to fight outsideNJ man shockingly finds delivery driver's dentures in his Jersey Mike's cheesesteak, bizarre lawsuit claimsDisastrous funeral service ended with mortuary employee sitting on casket that wouldn't closeNaked man arrested on I-85; deputies say mental health treatment is priority after arrestSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

From over 240,000 metalheads to Alice Cooper's 78-year-old theatrical masterclass, Megadeth's bittersweet farewell cycle, and Bring Me The Horizon dragging Lorna Shore's Will Ramos on stage—we are unpacking the biggest highlights of the weekend. Then, we dive straight into our headline feature interview with Juno-nominated solo artist, producer, and former Cradle of Filth keyboardist/vocalist Lindsay Schoolcraft. Lindsay sits down in-studio to unpack her brilliant new album, 'Harrowing' (co-produced by Justin deBlieck). "It didn't feel like I'm watching a show or I'm watching these members play these songs. Plus, Brian and Lizzie get into the controversial new Ozzy Osbourne interactive AI avatar—is Sharon Osbourne just securing his legacy, or is this the ultimate metal cash grab? And to cap it off, they review Drake's attempts to recover from the Kendrick Lamar fallout, noting that none of his newest tracks pass the song of the summer test. This week, we're scratching The Itch for etiquette! The guys caught a trio of VERY different shows with one thing in common: concertgoers in need of friendly reminders about how to act. But that's what we're here for, right? That and giggles. First, it's an early Father's Day as Dan takes his dad to see Itch guest Kenny Wayne Shepherd on his Ledbetter Heights 30th anniversary tour, where nostalgia and mastery were both on display. Then, Dan pivots to being the dad himself, as he and Hannah take their sons (and KC!) to see Bring Me the Horizon, Motionless in White, The Plot in You, and Amira Elfeky at a show that would gain national rock news attention for a rather unpleasant reason. (Don't worry, it had nothing to do with us.) And finally, we cover Pointfest for the sixth year in a row. But when a show's headliner is unbearably boring, the rest of the lineup has a lot of weight to pull. Did they succeed? Listen to find out as Dan catches Magnolia Park, From Ashes to New, Highly Suspect, Mammoth, and Blue October! And stay to the end for an etiquette proposal that you're sure to have an opinion on! "I would argue that Sempiternal is their re-debut album. It pivoted to something that's a little bit more poppy for the mainstream general audience... it very much was a rebranding of them in a way." This week, Brian and Lizzie dissect Bring Me The Horizon's pivotal 2013 album, Sempiternal. They discuss the addition of Jordan Fish, Oli Sykes' shift to clean vocals, and how the band laid the blueprint for modern metalcore.   A decade after its release, Bring Me The Horizon's Sempiternal remains a monumental record in emo history and modern metalcore. Brian and Lizzie sit down to review the album that transformed BMTH from a raw deathcore act into global rock superstars. They analyze the massive impact of Jordan Fish joining the band, bringing cinematic synths and EDM influences that completely reshaped their sonic landscape. The hosts break down Oli Sykes' evolution into clean, Linkin Park-inspired vocals and review standout tracks like 'Can You Feel My Heart', 'Shadow Moses', and 'Sleepwalking'. From the pop punk level of catchy hooks embedded in their heavy breakdowns to the nuanced electronic soundscapes that paved the way for the current 'baddiecore' movement, this episode covers it all. Did Sempiternal single-handedly save a stale scene, or are there valid critiques of its straightforward lyrics? LOUIS – Oli Sykes, the lead singer of British rock band Bring Me the Horizon, says he suffered a mild concussion after an audience member apparently threw a phone that struck him onstage Monday evening at the Enterprise Center. A video shared by BMTH News, a platform that promotes the band, showed a phone striking Sykes on the left side of his head as the band performed a tune called “Happy Song.” “Who the f*** just threw a phone at my f*****g head?” said Sykes, following the completion of “Happy Song,” visibly distraught after he was struck. The video later shows Sykes handing the phone to a security worker. He also appeared to check his hands for blood and paused several times during the next song to rub his head. According to a Billboard report, on Tuesday, Sykes shared an update on his condition Tuesday via an Instagram story. “Alright everyone, just wanted to let you know I'm all good,” said Sykes. “The phone to the head definitely smarted and I ended up with a mild concussion, but the swelling's gone down a decent amount already.” (Fox 2 St. Louis)

The alt-rock band just announced their new album, The Wow! Signal, by launching a special tablet over 20 miles into the atmosphere, in partnership with Sent Into Space. While that screen was above the earth, Muse premiered the music video for their new single, “Be With You.” The Wow! Signal is out June 26 via Warner. The 10-song LP, which also includes the previously released single “Unravelling,” gets its name from a famous interstellar mystery that actually happened. In 1977, a powerful 72-second radio burst was detected originating from the Sagittarius constellation with a bandwidth and intensity that suggested a possible extraterrestrial source. After discovering it, the astronomer circled the now-famous sequence “6EQUJ5” and scribbled “Wow!” beside it. The rest, as they say, is scientific pop-culture history.” (Pitchfork)MUSE Releases New Song In Space and No One Cares? | The Podcast That Rocked

"You're on stage. You're playing shows. You're going on tours, and they're like, you haven't paid your dues. It's like, I'm doing it right now. This is the dues."   Drop Dead, Gorgeous is back. After a 15-year hiatus, frontman Daniel "Stills" Stillman joins Brian and Lizzie to talk about their highly anticipated return, dropping the new EP Sink Your Teeth, and gearing up for Warped Tour.   Stills takes us back to 2006, explaining the raw, meticulous production behind In Vogue and what it was actually like blowing up on Myspace as teenagers. We talk about the very real pushback they got from traditional hardcore bands for wearing tight pants, why they skipped the "paying your dues" phase, and a wild story about a lost Skrillex remix that never saw the light of day. We also get into the current state of songwriting and the uncomfortable reality of AI tools pushing pop artists to either innovate or be replaced. "We were in that phase of wearing tight jeans, girl pants... we were kind of in a heavier scene, and so there was still hardcore bands that weren't really into that at all. We got a lot of pushback and hate because of that." "AI highlighted to me how formulated pop music actually is. And I think what it's forcing actual big pop artists to do now is to push the boundaries and mix it up more, because if they don't, they will be replaced by AI." "You're on stage, you're playing shows, you're going on tours, and they're like, you haven't paid your dues. It's like, I'm doing it right now. This is the dues. I'm here today to do that."
