    John Fantuzzo Ph.D. is Albert M. Greenfield Professor of Human Relations in the Policy Research, Evalutation and Measurement Program and Director of the Penn CHILD Research Center of the Graduate School of Education at University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Fantuzzo is also a faculty member of the Doctoral Graduate Group of the School of Social Policy and Practices and the Graduate Program in Public Health Studies. Charles L. Howard is the chaplain at the University of Pennsylvania. Reverend Howard co-founded the Greater Love Movement, a non-profit anti-poverty organization focused on the needs of the homeless.
