Recovery: Through My Eyes, a podcast by Healing Transitions, is an in-depth exploration of addiction and recovery - told by those who have experienced it first-hand. Each episode, you will hear a first-person perspective of someone who struggled with drug or alcohol addiction, and the pathway they took to live a new life in recovery. People can and do recover from the disease of addiction. And these are their stories. Healing Transitions is a 501(c)3 nonprofit in Raleigh that serves homeless, underserved, and uninsured individuals struggling with alcoholism and other drug addictions in Wake County, North Carolina.
