On today’s Rickey Smiley Morning Show, listeners explored four compelling headlines. First, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Gina Huynh (formerly “Victim 3” in the case), has written a personal letter to the judge urging he be released on bail prior to his October sentencing. In the letter, she describes him as a “family man” who has reformed and poses no danger to the community, signaling a sharp contrast from her earlier allegations during the trial. Next, rapper Trick Daddy made waves when he shared on the Nene Leakes show that he prefers dating women under age 35, citing his personal values and lifestyle preferences—prompting debate about ageism and dating norms in entertainment culture. In broader news, Black unemployment rates have surged to their highest levels since the pandemic, and many analysts point to the rollback of DEI practices as a contributing factor, particularly affecting Black women in the workforce. BIG BREAKDOWN – Donna Adelson On The Stand Complaining About Jail Conditions While Awaiting Trial For Murder In this raw and revealing courtroom testimony, 75-year-old Donna Adelson takes the stand—not to proclaim her innocence or deny involvement in the alleged murder-for-hire plot against her former son-in-law Dan Markel—but to air a laundry list of grievances about her life in jail. What unfolds is an unexpected glimpse into the mindset of the accused matriarch at the center of a high-profile murder case. As the courtroom listens, Donna describes a series of alleged assaults, threats, and extortion attempts inside the jail. She claims inmates have targeted her for her notoriety, demanded canteen items, and physically attacked her, including one incident where she says she was struck in the head. The woman accused of helping orchestrate a contract killing sounds less like a defendant preparing for trial and more like someone demanding better room service. This episode features Donna's testimony in her own words—unedited, uninterrupted, and unbelievable at times. Her tone is calm, measured, even matter-of-fact, but the content paints a picture of someone deeply concerned with her comfort, not the case against her. It's the kind of courtroom moment that leaves everyone wondering: is this strategy, delusion, or both? We give you the full testimony as it happened, without spin or commentary. Hear for yourself how Donna attempts to reposition the narrative just weeks before her murder trial is set to begin. Whether it's a legal maneuver or a bid for sympathy, this testimony is unlike anything we've seen so far in the case—and it's all here. #DonnaAdelson #DanMarkel #FSUProfessorMurder #AdelsonTrial #CourtroomTestimony #HiddenKillersPodcast #TrueCrimeDaily #JailConditions #RawAudio #TonyBrueski Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Lovers, Lies & Letters from Jail: Inside the Mind of James Craig In Part 2 of our deep dive into the James Craig murder trial, things get even darker—and a lot more twisted. What started as a methodical poisoning case has now turned into a psychological autopsy of a man accused of not only murdering his wife—but scripting a fake version of her suicide from a jail cell. In this episode, defense attorney and former prosecutor Eric Faddis returns to take us inside the courtroom and inside the mind of a man who allegedly couldn't stop scheming, even behind bars. We cover it all: — The emotional gut-punch of hearing James Craig's own daughter read a letter where he asked her to create a deepfake video of her dead mother — The bizarre witness-recruitment letters offering burner phones, cash, and free dental work — The sugar baby who testified Craig said he'd kill his wife if he could get away with it — The jailhouse plot to murder the lead detective on the case This isn't fiction—it's testimony. And it might be the most damning part of the prosecution's case. Why? Because Craig's alleged attempts to cover his tracks may have done more to prove guilt than the poisoning itself. We also examine how the defense is trying to survive the fallout. Is there any version of this where the jury sees Craig as panicked instead of predatory? And with no credible evidence of suicide, no real motive from Angela's side, and a defendant writing murder plots in longhand—what's left to believe? Eric gives us a boots-on-the-ground look at the emotional tone of the courtroom, how jurors are reacting, and where this trial is heading. This isn't just about what Craig may have done. It's about what he did next. #JamesCraigTrial #AngelaCraig #TrueCrimeDaily #MurderMystery #CraigTrialCoverage #JailhouseLetters #CourtroomTestimony #EricFaddis #HiddenKillersPodcast #DeepfakeMurderPlot Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Despite the DOJ's claims that the nearly 11-hour surveillance video of Jeffrey Epstein's cell on the night of his death was “raw” and unedited, metadata analysis tells a different story. Forensic experts discovered that the footage was actually stitched together from at least two MP4 files and had been opened and saved using Adobe Premiere Pro, a professional video editing software. Additionally, nearly three minutes of footage were trimmed off the beginning of the file—precisely before the so-called “missing minute” at midnight—raising serious concerns about tampering. Although the file was labeled as “raw,” multiple forensic video analysts have stated that a true raw export from a surveillance system would never look like what was released. The DOJ's explanation that the missing segment resulted from a daily system reboot has not been corroborated by providing equivalent footage from any other night.Unnamed DOJ sources continue to insist everything is above board, that the edited file is legitimate, and that no foul play occurred. But the government's narrative remains riddled with inconsistencies, and their refusal to address the video anomalies in detail only deepens public skepticism. Experts have stated that the format and processing history of the file would make it inadmissible in a courtroom if chain of custody and authenticity were questioned. The DOJ's handling of this critical piece of evidence feels more like damage control than transparency. If this case truly has no deeper layers, then why present a version of the tape that raises more questions than it answers? The claim that “there's nothing to see here” is losing credibility—especially when the video evidence appears to have been tampered with before it ever reached the public eye.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:There was no "missing minute" in Epstein jail video, government source says - CBS NewsBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-moscow-murders-and-more--5852883/support.

The claim that “there's nothing to see here” is losing credibility—especially when the video evidence appears to have been tampered with before it ever reached the public eye.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:There was no "missing minute" in Epstein jail video, government source says - CBS NewsBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

He and his firm help C-Suite executives and business owners fine-tune their management skills, build valuable new relationships, and elevate the performance of their organizations. One of Ken's surprising recommendations is that companies do away with long-term strategic plans and instead focus primarily on the immediate horizon. “The way things move today is so quick and so unpredictable that having detailed strategies …seems to me to be really antiquated,” he says, akin to trying to predict the location of the next lightning strike. Ken is the author of Seeing Around Corners: C-Suite Wisdom from America's Most Insightful Leaders, a powerful collection of leadership insights from dozens of wise CEOs, general counsels, and boardroom veterans. But Ken's insights aren't only applicable to large companies and for-profit organizations. Last week, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard revealed evidence that the entire Russiagate hoax — a scheme to derail President Donald Trump's first term — was manufactured by the outgoing Obama administration. At a press gaggle on Tuesday, Trump followed up by accusing Obama of “treason” for trying to rig the 2016 election and calling for severe consequences. These revelations matter. But unless someone actually goes to jail, they won't change anything.
