In this video I will explain how to reduce your overall family taxes in Canada. Essentially what has happened is that the government has decreased interest rates to historic lows to pump the economy. Lower interest rates mean more people may want to borrow to invest, or start a business. What this has also allowed us to do is to reduce our overall family taxes. If you are the higher income earning spouse, and you invest your money in your own name, you’re going to pay *thissss* much tax. But if you loan your money to your spouse, who earns less than you, and then your invest your money, you pay *this* much tax.
Wondering how to get $2000 CERB payments for life? By now, Ii don't think I have to explain why the Canada Emergency Response Benefit AKA CERB came to be in place. What I do want to focus on in this video is the ‘emergency response’ part of it. Because that means it’s in place only for the time being, and while receiving $2000 a month from the government is quite amazing, it’s also going away very soon. So in this podcast i will be telling all of you how to get $2000 CERB payments for life!
Do we really need over 40 types of toilet paper!?!? In this video I look at all the companies who started simplifying their product offerings because of the pandemic. Grocery stores who used to offer over 40 types of toilet paper now just offer four. Farms that used to produce over a dozen different types of baby carrots are now scaled back to only four. According to J.D. Power, an industry research firm, reported that in 2019, automakers built and offered more than 605,000 vehicle configurations before taking different colors into account. And all of this just makes me wonder, when did we, as a society, start becoming slaves to our desires to the extent that we need every single thing to be exactly how we desire it? Simplifying our lives, I believe, leads to a much happier life.

In this week's episode we take a deep dive into the three main individuals who can provide you with financial guidance. In this episode Saad shares his insight about some recent conversations he’s had with prospective clients. What he has found is that people are doing the best they can with what they have. They may have an investment advisor, an insurance broker, an accountant and a lawyer. They all may be trying to do what’s in your best interest, however, that is very hard when none of them actually know your entire situation completely. As you are trying to do best for yourself, they are also trying to do what’s in your best interest with the limited knowledge they have of you. That’s where the problem starts because you cannot get comprehensive planning from four different individuals. He challenges the listeners to trust one individual to help them live a Rich, Fulfilling Life but only if they are actually knowledgeable with your situation.
