Many people latch onto the idea that Jeffrey Epstein was simply a Mossad asset, but that narrow framing ignores the vast, tangled reality of how he operated. Epstein absolutely interacted with Israeli intelligence at times, but he was far from a one-nation operative. The emails, correspondence, and contacts that have surfaced reveal a man functioning as a geopolitical free agent—someone who cultivated influence with the British Royal Family, served as a broker between Russia and Western power players, embedded himself in Wall Street and academia, and navigated U.S. political circles with ease. His value came from his ambiguity. He was a dealer of access, leverage, and kompromat who aligned himself with any faction—American, British, Russian, Israeli, or otherwise—that furthered his personal agenda. Viewing Epstein as a single-country asset grossly oversimplifies a transnational operation that spanned governments, intelligence networks, and private power structures. The fixation on Mossad serves as a distraction that conveniently shields the many other institutions and elites who benefitted from Epstein's activities. Reducing his network to a single foreign intelligence service allows U.S. political figures, European royalty, Wall Street executives, global banks, and academic power centers to slide out of the frame. It masks the deeper truth that Epstein was part of a multinational ecosystem of private influence that operated parallel to, and often above, governments. His power came from the kompromat he accumulated across continents, the secrets he mediated, and the access he controlled—making him dangerous not because he served one nation, but because he served himself. Simplifying him to a Mossad agent is not only inaccurate; it protects the sprawling network of global power players who enabled him and had every incentive to silence him before the full truth emerged.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.com
Introduction: Host Michael Rand starts with a stunning Gophers men's basketball victory over No. 22 Indiana in Niko Medved's Big Ten coaching debut. It's not likely sustainable this season, but it sure was fun. Plus the Vikings are trying to help J.J. McCarthy not overthink things and Adam Thielen is teaming up with Aaron Rodgers. 11:00: La Velle E. Neal III joins for a debate segment on the Vikings, Twins and Gophers football. 31:00: The Wild and Wolves get another shot.

In this episode of the Building Better Developers podcast, part of our Building Better Foundations season, Rob Broadhead and Michael Meloche sit down with Mark Struczewski, better known as Mister Productivity. His passion is helping people get unstuck—whether through time management, clarity, or intentional focus. And in today's always-on environment, staying focused is one of the biggest challenges professionals face. The first half of our interview explores distraction awareness, practical habits, and foundational techniques for staying focused in a world full of interruptions. About Mark Struczewski Today, we're joined by Mark Struczewski—pronounced STRU-CHESS-KEY—better known as Mister Productivity. This Houston-based coach and host of the Mister Productivity™ Podcast, with over 1,340 episodes and thousands of downloads, equips busy professionals to crush overwhelm and reclaim focus. Drawing on his corporate grit and daily running discipline, Mark shares his proven 'Distraction Detox' framework to turn digital chaos into high-impact action. Please welcome Mark! Twitter/X, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, SnapChat How Mister Productivity Built His Approach to Staying Focused Mark didn't begin his career expecting to teach productivity. After being fired from his corporate job in 2005, he tried entrepreneurship through wedding photography—an attempt he freely admits "bombed." But that failure revealed something more important: he loved teaching, coaching, and speaking. A mentor eventually encouraged him to lean into his natural strengths. Mark hadn't realized his productivity habits were unusual until someone pointed them out. Over the years, he connected those habits back to the discipline his parents instilled—do your work, do it right, and do it on time. Productivity Starts with Foundations: Many of the skills required for staying focused begin with simple, consistent discipline—not complicated tools. The Distraction Detox: A Practical Path Toward Staying Focused Mark's "Distraction Detox" is one of his simplest yet most powerful techniques. It starts with awareness—because most people don't realize how often they're pulled off track. The exercise: Keep a small notepad or a simple notes app. Write down every single distraction as it happens. Delivery trucks Barking dogs Random thoughts Alerts and notifications Within minutes, people typically discover just how fragmented their attention has become. We're not just distracted—we're constantly distracted, and often subconsciously. You Can't Improve What You Don't See: Awareness is the first step in staying focused. What You Can Control When Staying Focused Once you have captured your distractions, the next step is to separate what you can influence from what you can't. Outside your control: Neighbor noise Construction Delivery schedules Within your control: Your pets When you schedule deep work Workspace layout Visibility (like closing blinds so pets don't react to movement) Even small adjustments can dramatically improve your ability to stay focused. The goal isn't perfection—it's reducing friction. Why Analog Tools Can Help With Staying Focused Mark strongly recommends using analog tools during focus sessions. Phones and computers invite distraction, even when you "just need to write something down." An analog notepad avoids all the digital temptations. During deep work: Capture any random idea on the notepad Flip it over Continue working After the session and after taking a break, revisit the list. You'll often find that many of the items no longer matter. Most Thoughts Lose Importance After a Break: Analog tools keep you focused without triggering digital distractions. A Simple Self-Check for Staying Focused Not every distraction is obvious. Sometimes you drift into another task without realizing it. Mark offers a quick self-check that prevents accidental derailment: "Is this what I'm supposed to be doing right now?" This three-second pause helps reset your attention and prevents you from going too far down an unintended path. Start Small: The Easiest Way to Support Staying Focused Mark believes that simplicity beats complexity. Trying to adopt a dozen productivity hacks at once leads to overwhelm. Instead, he recommends choosing one small habit: Tracking distractions Using a notepad Asking the self-check question Taking short walking breaks Simplifying your workflow Once that becomes consistent, add another layer. That's how durable, long-term focus is built. Coming Up in Part 2: More Strategies for Staying Focused In part two of our interview with Mister Productivity, we dive deeper into routines, foundational habits, and practical systems that help reduce distraction and increase focus. Grab a notepad and get ready—more great insights are on the way. Stay Connected: Join the Developreneur Community We invite you to join our community and share your coding journey with us. This week, we are continuing with the theme of toxicity because it lies at the root of most health issues horses experience.Looking back at past cases, the pattern is unmistakable. Once you remove those dietary toxins, things start to turn around. The tricky part is knowing what is helpful and what is harmful, so that is what we are focusing on today.Over-SupplementedOver-supplementation becomes a major contributor to malabsorption, inflammation, and chronic health problems. Many ingredients, especially synthetic, inflammatory, or poorly absorbed ones, cause toxicity, overwhelm digestion, and suppress the immune system. Interpreting Ingredient Lists Horse owners must learn to interpret ingredient lists to distinguish food ingredients from vitamins, minerals, preservatives, flavorings, and fillers. Many supplements contain a few beneficial components surrounded by ingredients that negate their benefits. So it is essential to know which are organic, which are inorganic, and which are highly processed.Detoxifying Means Removing, Not AddingDetoxification comes from removing substances rather than adding more. Every ingredient requires a digestive resource, and when the system is congested, even beneficial nutrients turn toxic. Removing non-essential supplements frees the liver, gut, and cells to function normally, improves absorption, and reduces inflammation. A temporary reset with hay, water, and salt will allow the digestive system to heal. The Fear of Stopping SupplementsMany owners fear that their horses will regress if they remove their supplements, yet many horses decline because they cannot properly absorb the supplements they get. Most commercial ingredients are so processed and inorganic that the body barely recognizes them. Simplifying is not deprivation. It restores capacity. Nutrition from forage and whole foods becomes far more effective with reduced digestive stress. Why Simplifying WorksTurnarounds can happen when owners strip everything back to only a few essential nutrients plus detoxifying herbs. Even horses on high-quality programs with good ingredients can improve dramatically by reducing their overall load. Fewer ingredients reduce competition for receptors, lowering inflammation and improving the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients and minerals.Ingredient Competition Inflammatory ingredients block the absorption of critical minerals, fat-soluble vitamins, and proteins. Even high-quality formulas can fail if too many ingredients compete for absorption. Less is often more because simplified diets reduce receptor blockage, increase bioavailability, and allow the body to use what it gets.Choosing Supplements Labels market conditions like ulcers, metabolic syndrome, and digestion, without guaranteeing ingredient suitability. Horses with ulcers, for example, cannot absorb synthetic nutrients well, especially while on proton pump inhibitors. So owners must evaluate what each ingredient actually does rather than trusting marketing claims.A Three-Step Supplement AuditCount every ingredient your horse consumes daily across all supplements.Categorize each item (food, vitamin, mineral, preservative, flavoring, or colorant)Assess processing level and quality Auditing provides clarity and helps you decide what to remove, what to keep, and what genuinely benefits the horse.Do you know what exactly is in your horse's supplements, and what they're actually doing for their health? Keeping your horse's diet and supplement program clean is one of the most beneficial things you can do for them. There is nothing that turns a horse's health around faster than cleaning up their diet and supporting their health from the inside out. The good news is I'm going live on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 10 am Mountain...

Mastering Golf with Systems: Bob Labbe's Pioneering ApproachIn this episode of 'Your Message Received', host John Duffin speaks with engineer and author Bob Labbe about his innovative system for improving long-distance putting in golf. Labbe, who enjoyed a successful career in air pollution control, applies his engineering background to the game of golf, developing a unique method called 'Individual Power Factor' (IPF) to enhance performance on the course. As a non-golfer, I am really pleasantly surprised by how easily I understood Bob's specific approach. When Bob says to use a little math, science, patience, and practice, it all made perfect sense to me. I am now excited that I can at least attempt to play this game. Don't forget about the fun factor too! The conversation delves into the practical applications of this system, its ease of adoption for beginners and seasoned players alike, and its broader implications for confidence and integrity in both sports and business. Whether you're looking to up your golf game or seeking inspiration from a man who has combined passion, science, and sports, this episode offers valuable insights for everyone. If you'd like to learn more about IPF and Bob Labbe, click the link below.boblabbe.com00:00 Introduction to Individual Power Factor in Golf01:12 Welcome to Your Message Received Podcast02:17 Meet Bob Labbe: Engineer and Author03:11 The Journey into Engineering05:45 Air Pollution Control: A Career Path07:46 The Evolution of Air Pollution Control11:59 Golf: A Personal and Professional Journey18:30 The Importance of Putting in Golf22:23 Developing a System for Better Putting27:33 Understanding Individual Power Factors in Golf29:31 Measuring and Applying Your Power Factor31:07 Building Confidence in Long Distance Putting32:08 Helping Others Improve Their Game41:08 The Importance of Integrity in Golf44:07 Practical Tips for Beginner Golfers49:25 The Simplicity and Effectiveness of the Method50:15 Conclusion and Encouragement

Drew Perkins welcomes Gary Schiffman and Jon Bassett of 4QM Teaching to the podcast to discuss their new US History curriculum and the principles behind their innovative Four Question Method. Links & Resources Mentioned In This Episode This conversation explores the gap between traditional inquiry-based learning and the need for explicit instruction in historical content and disciplinary thinking. Gary and Jon explain how their curriculum is designed to support "ordinary teachers" and build students' capacity for civil disagreement by grounding critical thinking in a robust body of knowledge. Key Takeaways & Discussion Points The Power of the 4QM Method: We detail why 4QM Teaching shifted from consulting to developing a full curriculum, recognizing the need for a practical vehicle to implement their teaching framework in the classroom. The Four Question Framework: Learn the four core questions that anchor every lesson and build specific historical thinking skills: Q1: What happened? (The skill of Narration and Storytelling) Q2: What were they thinking? (The skill of Interpretation of documents) Q3: Why then and there? (The skill of Explanation and causation) Q4: What do we think about that? (The skill of Judgment and civil discourse) Knowledge-Rich Inquiry: Jon and Gary firmly assert their position in the "knowledge first" camp, arguing that deep critical thinking is domain specific. They share why "structure is liberating" when students are equipped with a strong base of historical facts. Teaching Civil Disagreement: Discover how separating the "judgment" question (Q4) allows students to practice the art of civil disagreement in a structured, reasoned way, even when addressing controversial historical topics. Time-Stamped Topics Key moments in the discussion: 06:52 - The origin story and philosophical foundation of the Four Question Method (4QM Teaching). 10:41 - A detailed breakdown of the four questions: Narration, Interpretation, Explanation, and Judgment. 14:20 - Why 4QM Teaching finally decided to write a full US History curriculum. 21:45 - How Question 4 teaches the "art of civil disagreement" (and the related work of Natalie Wexler). 36:14 - The argument that critical thinking is entirely domain-specific in advanced fields. 52:09 - Simplifying the curriculum to reduce cognitive load with four transparent lesson types.

https://teachhoops.com/ In basketball, the "less is more" philosophy directly translates to efficiency and poise. On offense, this means valuing shot quality over shot quantity, using fewer dribbles to get to a spot, and making the simple pass to the open teammate. Players who over-dribble often kill the team's offensive rhythm, allowing the defense to load up, while a quick, decisive player who uses one or two moves to create space is far more dangerous. A simple, well-executed play—like a perfect screen that frees up a shooter—is always superior to a complex, sloppy one that results in a turnover or a forced shot. This concept extends to individual skill development and on-court decision-making. It's better for a player to master two or three go-to moves they can execute perfectly under pressure than to have a dozen flashy-but-ineffective moves. Similarly, the best playmakers don't always throw the highlight-reel assist; they make the correct pass on time and on target. This simplicity reduces cognitive load, allowing players to read the game and react faster. A player who is "playing simple" is often playing their best, most confident basketball, letting the game come to them instead of forcing the action. From a coaching perspective, "less is more" is a powerful team-building strategy. It means having a smaller, well-repped playbook where every player knows every option, rather than a thick book of plays the team only half-understands. It applies to practice planning, where a shorter, high-intensity, and hyper-focused practice can be more productive than a long, drawn-out, sloppy one. By simplifying communication, focusing on core defensive principles, and defining clear roles, a coach removes confusion and empowers players to be decisive, aggressive, and efficient in everything they do Learn more about your ad choices. Sometimes clarity doesn't come from adding more—it comes from taking away. Simplifying helps to see more clearly what's already there. In medicine, that often means noticing the simple patterns hiding beneath complex presentations. In this conversation with Fang Cai, we explore the meeting place between Saam acupuncture and dermatology. Fang brings years of clinical experience and study with Mazen Al-Khafaji, and she shares how integrating Saam principles with herbal dermatology has deepened both her diagnostic precision and her ability to communicate with patients in clear, everyday terms.Listen into this discussion on using Saam acupuncture for troublesome skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, urticaria, rosacea, and acne. We'll explore how the skin reveals patterns of physiology and imbalance, and why simplicity in treatment—done with discernment—can create profound change.Fang's reflections remind us that good medicine doesn't always come from complexity. Sometimes it's about listening closely, trusting what you see, and being the kind of practitioner you'd want to visit yourself.
