Episode 208: Where have you been Part 1. This week The Sounding Board spent some time going down memory lane with our travel records. Each of us has traveled near and far, and with everything that has been going on in the world we are all looking forward to the next time, we can catch these flights. We offer tips, tricks, do and don'ts while traveling internationally and we share a few stories to go along with our escapades. This week we have a guest/ listener on the show, Taylor. Listen in to hear about some of her adventures with her roommate Zakiya back in their undergrad days. Episode 10: Omg, we made it to 10 episodes. We want to thank everyone for tuning in to our first season of The Sounding Board and we are so happy we have reached our 10th episode. During this episode we had fun, we talked about our favorite Christmas songs, even what countries treat Americans the best. But at the end of the episode, we dove deep into how each of us strives to be great, how we go above and beyond in just about everything we do, and how this all makes us feel. But in the end, we each understand we are not perfectionists even though society might call us that, each of us is simply striving to be GREAT. What does greatness look like for you?
Episode 9: Part 2 Someone caught the Rona!!!!!! In part two of this episode, we discuss what are some of the things one can and can not do when they have tested positive for Covid. We find out Jarrell is selling his car and what process he is going through and my goodness is it hilarious. Listen in and see if you can learn anything regarding this pandemic you might have otherwise not known.
Episode 9: Part 1 Someone caught the Rona. In this week's episode, we talk about everything from scales(which one is better), not giving Jeff Bezos any more money, Christmas tree decorations, should you date someone of a certain age and so much more. We talked for almost two hours, and we decided to break it up into two parts, the first is light-hearted in nature but wait for Part 2, where we dive into Covid and what it means for our dear Sheema.
Episode 8: Thanksgiving leftovers, with Thanksgiving being this past week The Sounding Board has a candid conversation revolving around leftovers, who eats them, when, and what amount. Who do you think in The Sounding Board doesn't like leftovers?

Episode 7: This week we are back after a week of vacation and we dive into the versus battle between Jeezy and Gucci Mane, but then we have a real in-depth conversation about our healthcare system and why it's important to have a primary care physician after learning about Captain Jarrell's stint in the hospital.
Episode 6: Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have won!!!!!!! Okay but now what? This week The Sounding Boards talks about the historic win for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and what this could mean for the country in the future. We also dive deep into when is it best to start listening to Christmas music and so much more.
Episode 5: The week of one of the most important presidential elections in our history is happening on Tuesday. The Sounding Board wanted to briefly get away from all the politics and talk about any and everything we could think of, this week we dive into pop culture, the Kardashians( more specifically Kim and Kylie), our favorite quotes and inspirational songs, as well as what progress we have made on our 2020 goals and looking forward to 2021.
Episode 4: This week we decided to take a step back from all the political items going on and just address some of the things which have been on our minds, like the Pink Tax, what workouts/gyms work best for us, and some of the best TV shows to binge-watch on Netflix! This week we all needed a little break and what better way than to have a simple conversation.
