A podcast by two guys who know a little bit about football and a little bit less about podcasting.

Super Bowl LIII coverage. We'll be back with a full episode recapping the entire 2018 season!

What a way to end the first weekend of the NFL playoffs! The guys predictions may have been a little off, but they're back to try again. A whole new weekend of exciting games is upon us in the divisional round, and there is so much to say about it. Hopefully no one doinks it this weekend, especially not twice.

The Very Good Football Show is back. The holidays and being sick are two very time occupying things so it turns out. However, there is a new episode and it's just in time for some NFL Playoffs! Wildcard Weekend is upon us and it it couldn't be more exciting! The guys break down each game for the upcoming weekend and give their Super Bowl 53 prediction!

Wow, that episode title was very strange to type and John might not survive if the dolphins keep doing this to him... Anyway, another week, another episode. The guys get into the playoffs once again and discuss some changes that are very likely to occur in the standings after this week has concluded. Stay tuned weekly to follow along with all the craziness that is the NFL Playoffs.

Bobby Boucher makes a guest appearance and apparently Andrew Luck sounds exactly like him? The guys get into fantasy playoffs and the NFL playoffs in general. The Jets are terrible, the Giants keep winning (what?), and John may have to eat his hands? Who knows what goes on anymore here.

It's the last week before fantasy playoffs begin and the guys are back once again with another episode. They recap the Thanksgiving games in full, talk about some crazy good quarterback play, continue to hop on the Browns train, and as always praise the Bears. BBF.

More like the very amazing, awesome, stellar, great, perfect Monday Night Football Episode.... am I right? But seriously, that game is in large part why this sport is so damn entertaining. Besides that, the guys get into the Thanksgiving games, explain a little bit about why there was no episode last week, and more importantly are back on schedule this week with another exciting episode of your favorite podcast!

Hey! We got sponsored (not really, but we would love to be!) This week the guys are back again with another NFL analysis and nothing but laughs. Frank Gore is a vampire, the Texans win, yet again, and remain hot, and of course the two favorite teams on this show (Jets and Dolphins) played each other and it was horrible to watch.

Happy Thanksgiving! Wait.. what? Apparently John has no idea what week or even month it is, ever. Ryan 'Fitzmagic' returns to the topic of conversation this week, Adrian Peterson is in true form once again, Adam Vinatieri breaks another record, and John and Joe are officially done talking about the Giants.. for now.

Trades are upon us! Dallas and Oakland agree on a very interesting trade that has the guys buzzing this week. A new segment is introduced this week, the refs make some very questionable calls, as does the Titans head coach (again??). Giants continue to be a disappointment and there is another possible record to be broken this season?

Unfortunately the guys did not get a chance to watch a lot of the sport that this podcast is centered around this week. With that being said, there wasn't a whole lot to talk about. The New York teams, as always, are highlighted. When it comes to next week it was business as usual, streamers, predictions, and of course lock(s) of the week.

Drew Brees becomes the NFL's All Time Passing leader, and the boys become the All Time Frustration leaders when it comes to their respective fantasy teams. Crosby struggles big time, Mark Ingram returns, Mayfield improves, and John blames... doors?

This week the Patriots return to the topic of conversation. John's beloved Dolphins forgot they weren't on a bye week, the Chicago Bears are fur-real, some questionable coaching decisions were made in overtime, the Browns should be 4-0? And is John becoming more of a Vikings fan now?

The Browns win? The Bills beat the Vikings? Eli actually had some time to throw the ole pigskin around? Man... who could have predicted this? Plus, you'll never guess who we had as a guest. You'll never guess because we're not even sure. Buy boy he loves him some possums.

Bills cornerback Vontae Davis retires at.. halftime? Wait a minute that can't be right. This week the guys again give high praise to Pat Mahomes and Todd Gurley. John blames himself on another edition of the Blame Game. James Conner joins the podcast (sort of). And when exactly is it time to panic about the Giants season?

The first episode of The Very Good Football Show. Hosts John and Joe break down some of the games from Week 1 of the regular season. James Conner gets the start in place of Bell and fantasy owners rejoice. Pat Mahomes gets off to an incredible start and the Jets are actually a good football team?
