This show is a personal blog. I am keeping this as a sort of journal. Something for myself and my son to look back on. Something that holds me accountable for my actions during the week. I will also be hosting guests which explain their journey and how they have got through things and achieved what they have. In this episode I really just gave in. I opened up quite a bit and found myself relieved a bit. This episode truly embodies my vision of it being a type of therapy for me. I was very happy to get this episode done well. the feedback was quite positive and I am thankful for that.
