Lack of empathy toward the Black American plight could be attributed to various things. This week's episode dives into what those reasons may be. This conversation was made possible by a long talk with a group of fifth and sixth graders during their last class call during the pandemic. Over the 2+ hour call, "Mr. Baker" was able to enlighten his students on the true American history while also providing a newly immigrated student with a entirely new perspective on the country he couldn't wait to live in.
