No pots estar mai content, eh!" Andreu: [0:16] Bon dia! Com estem? Sílvia: [0:18] Molt bé, i tu? Andreu: [0:19] Bé! Sílvia: [0:21] Sí? Mira, avui et porto unes quantes coses que crec que no saps perquè no te les he explicat, però potser… [D'acord.] I vam quedar. Ah. Sílvia: [2:29] No. Andreu: [2:30] Ai! Tampoc al bonus? Sílvia: [2:30] Però em va fer molta gràcia! Andreu: [2:33] Ai… Andreu: [2:43] Easy Love. Sílvia: [2:51] No! Andreu: [2:52] Ah, d'acord! There is a small amount of click-bait in my title. Technically speaking, I did “do something” in the form of making a decision; however, besides that, I literally did nothing and made over $30,000. What am I talking about? Let's talk real estate a bit. I realize this is more of a trading and investing podcast, but I like to talk money whenever possible. Also, many people will encounter the world of real estate and some point in time and be able to use the exact same strategy I recently did. I really want to reiterate, I literally did nothing except for make a conscious choice. Let me walk you through a recent real estate transaction I was part of and the SUPER EASY strategy I used to make myself a nice chunk of change!

(https://easy-greek.org/membership)

Notes del programa Avui us presentem l'Alex, una irlandesa que viu a València i que estudia la situació de llengües minoritzades en grans ciutats. Transcripció Andreu: [0:16] Bon dia, Sílvia! Sílvia: [0:17] Hola, Andreu! Andreu: [0:18] Com estàs? Sílvia: [0:20] Aquí… Andreu: [0:22] Anar fent? Sílvia: [0:24] Sí, ho direm així. Andreu: [0:26] D'acord. Doncs jo estic molt bé, molt fresc, perquè he tornat de vacances, just vaig tornar ahir, i han anat molt bé, han sigut molt necessàries, i m'han servit per descansar, per recuperar energies, per prendre vitamina D… Sílvia: [0:45] Me n'alegro moltíssim! Andreu: [1:35] A veure, què podem explicar d'aquesta sortida? Qui… qui hi vam ser i on vam anar, concretament? I què vam fer? Sílvia: [0:19] Molt bé, i tu? D'acord? Aquest cop ens arriba des de Veneçuela. [Vinga, doncs.] Carlos: [0:54] Hola, Easy Catalan! Uau! Déu-n'hi-do! I, ah! I li vam respondre: "Si ho vols fer, t'ajudarem a fer-ho". [Home, i tant!] Kathy Davis, founder of VegInspired, is this week's featured expert on the Health Science podcast hosted by Dr. Frank Sabatino. Kathy shared her inspiring journey of transitioning to a whole food plant-based diet, traveling in a fifth wheel, and helping others adopt a plant-based lifestyle. Kathy's journey to plant-based eating wasn't easy, as she initially thought it would be restrictive and boring. However, after transitioning for six months, she discovered that plant-based eating opened up a world of variety, flavor, and new foods that she had previously thought were off-limits. Eating a whole food plant-based diet has helped Kathy achieve numerous health benefits, including weight loss, better sleep, improved mood, and even reversing the markers of pre-diabetes. Her travels in a fifth wheel have also been an essential part of her journey. Kathy and her husband sold their house and hit the road in a fifth wheel, with their cat in tow, almost five years ago. They've enjoyed visiting different places and grocery stores across the country while being able to maintain their whole food plant-based lifestyle on the road. Kathy's work at VegInspired is centered around helping others adopt a plant-based lifestyle, with a focus on mindset and individualized meal planning. She believes that mindset is crucial for making a successful transition and helps people change their self-image and see themselves as a plant-based eater. Kathy provides high-touch coaching through her Eat More Plants Academy. She also offers a Meal Plan Accountability Club, helping people create meal plans that are aligned with their goals and the foods they want to eat. During the podcast, Kathy shared her philosophy of "Eat More Plants" and "Intention over Perfection," which are characteristics of her programs. HealthScience.org/Podcast/028-Kathy-Davis
