Living life according to our own rhythm helps us to obtain peace and helps our mental health. Here is an online article by Forbes that discusses it. https://www.forbes.com/sites/yec/2019/01/10/three-reasons-leaders-should-seek-rhythm-over-balance/?sh=6a1a8121600f
Are you maintaining a rhythm in your life and protecting your peace? If not was it in your life that is causing you to not have peace? God wants you to have peace and didn't create you to constantly be on the go. We need rest. Setting healthy boundaries can help you to find a rhythm and maintain your peace.

Today’s episode is about the how dangerous complaining is. It’s easy for doubt to creep in when we start complaining. Complaining can cause us to miss out on what God promises us. Just because He promised something to you doesn’t mean that you can’t cause yourself to not receive it. Be quick to remember what God has already done and be thankful for that. Also, be thankful for what is to come. It is important that we examine ourselves and motives. We have to have face to face checkin everyday. Sometimes you have to check yourself so you can align yourself with Gods will.
The purpose of this episode is to catch you up on where my husband and I are in the process of becoming Salvation Army officers.
