Two easily distracted idiots review ridiculous reviews in a podcast you'll wish was less frequent than weekly.
Season number two continues as we try to clear up some frankly remarkable reviews about cleaning services. We also discuss one traveller's foggy recolection of San Fransisco. True or Poo is still a thing we do, and our new segment "Read it like you're trying to sell it" gets another run. It also gets it's own jingle, which we'll never speak of again.
We're back! Season two's here with the start (and possibly end) of a new segment called "read it like you're selling it", you can probably figure out what we'll be doing. We also rip into American tourists in New Zealand, disgruntled albeit long-time Foxtel customers, and an extremely satisfied user of a specific type of gardening equipment. It's gonna get weird.
It's the final episode of season one, and it's a cracker! People with no idea about Ikea, food confusion across the drink, a loose opinion on Grease, a revealing review of the 50 Shades sequel gets super dark, and True or Poo ends with a splash. It's been real, folks. See you next season.
Hang in there, we're almost done. The penultimate episode of season one brings lols about lines, stress on the seas, and bad vibes about Vivid. Oh, and hold on tight for a plop twist in this week's True or Poo.
Another round of ridiculing the ridiculous best picks from Tom's trip to Europe (did he mention he'd been to Europe?) as we attempt to interpret reviews left by weary travellers making their way in the world today. Trust us, it takes everything they've got. Plus, True or Poo gets a bit potty-mouth.
Tom's back from his fancy pants trip around Europe, you might hear him mention it once or twice. He brought gifts back for us in the form of some of the weirdest reviews we've ever seen. There's so much European gold we want you to hear we've decided to split the reviews over two shows, so expect more madness in episode eight. Oh, and you'll never guess who wins True or Poo this time!
The meta theme continues with a bit more podcastception as we look at reviews for a couple of our favourite shows. We also hear the result of Tom's research into a "laptop shield" designed to protect your parts from radiation. As usual, there's another round of True or Poo, but will Tom's luck change and land him a win this time? Doubtful.
In our fifth episode of this not-so-weekly podcast we look at some reviews of an iconic Australian building (yep, that one), and reach an awkward conclusion about the reviewer of a vacuum cleaner that, well..........sucks. We also have our most confusing "True or Poo" segment so far.
This week's reviews include a big mattress problem for a self-proclaimed short girl, and a confused PC user complaining about desktop software on the iOS App Store. We also introduce yet another new segment, called "Our Reviews" (guess what it's about), because it's been a whole episode since we had a new segment.
Episode three sees the return of "overly positive reviews from +1", now with the new title of "Sub-par-tner Reviews", and with it's very own theme tune. In this week's reviews we dig in to IMDB for a highly detailed but confusingly misguided verdict of the widely popular book/movie "Girl on a Train", and we tackle several short but positive reviews left on an Etsy store with a deeply disturbing product range.
This week we force-choke a Rogue One review, discover Luke Cage's dirty secrets, and introduce a new segment with the catchy working title of "overly positive reviews from +1" where we also reveal exactly why our partners leave reviews.
Two easily distracted idiots review ridiculous reviews in a podcast you'll wish was less frequent than weekly. 5/7 would listen again. Put the pilot episode in your ears right now.
