Our surroundings often reflects who we are. Some people drag us down and support our bad and unhealthy habits while other promote us to engage in healthy habits. It's ok to get up one day and realize that you need to change your surroundings to elevate.
Pain is inevitable and while all pain is different, we all experience it to some degree. I'll even go as far as stating that pain is a never-ending experience, but this doesn't mean happiness doesn't exist... they can co-exist and that's actually the case for many people. I want to remind you that it's important not to let anyone delegitimizate your pain. Don't compare your pain to others because we all truly pain differently
Society pressure is real and has negative impacts on us, it's especially damaging for people who are still growing. My advice is, remember that you have your own path and it won't always resemble what society expect and that's more than ok
Life is a funny a thing. Life is unpredictable and there's beauty!
Life is unpredictable, things happen and dwelling on it only hurts you. Let things go and accept that somethings you can't change.
Claiming you're independent all the time and fighting to be viewed as an independent woman is a trauma response. Ladies, be soft! Be kind and gentle with yourself!
