Last week we talked about how there’s so much more to us than the physical bodies we see and touch. We began to explore how what’s under the surface affects our lives every day and in the future. How like an iceberg can sink a ship, what’s under our surface can and will sink us if we remain unaware of its existence and power. When I closed last week I invited you to go down the rabbit hole with me. What? Did you think I was kidding? No, way! This is way to important to just laugh it off. So this week, we’re going to continue with this concept, go down the rabbit hole and take a look around. I'll be discussing some very interesting information and new research that explains how science now has evidence that what's 'down the rabbit hole' actually exists. Then, as we move into the time of year when many people of the world hold special celebrations of love and light such as Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and many others, I offering a special gift to you.  Towards the end of today's show, there'll be a special meditation (approx 20 min) called 'Whispers'. It was recorded by Dr. Paul Master's, (aka 'The Voice of Meditation'), of the University of Metaphysics at Sedona, AZ. He was my first metaphysical mentor and advisor. I began studying with him in 1977, and still actively study with him today.  "Whispers' is a guided meditation that will help you tune in and experience what it's like to actually hear the voice of Spirit speaking to you from within. It's wonderful, and very soothing. You don't have to close your eyes and meditate (unless you choose to); just sit quietly and listen. However, I don't recommend listening to the meditation while driving or working with machinery...it's that powerful! I hope you enjoy it!

What you see is just the 'Tip' of the iceberg! Our physical bodies are just the very tip of the 'iceberg' of who we really are. Most of our being is below the surface...hidden from our physical view. But, you know it's there by the way you think and feel. Where do our thoughts come from? We have an endless supply of them. Where do our feeling reside? We have a boundless supply of feelings generated by our thoughts and experiences. And, then there are those 'intuitive' or 'shared' thoughts and feelings...what's up with that?
