In this episode, I'm sharing a story from early in my career about a moment when I completely stuck my foot in my mouth while sharing psychic information. It happened during an Instagram Live when I said that I felt someone would be having a baby soon. What I meant by "soon" and what the person hearing it understood were two very different things. Months later, I received a very strongly worded email about how this message gave her false hope, as she was not yet pregnant. I learned a very important lesson from this that I will never forget. Timing is one of the most difficult parts of psychic information. Words like "soon" can mean very different things depending on who is hearing them and what expectations they attach to that word. In this episode, I talk about why timing can be so tricky in intuitive work and why I personally choose to be very careful when it comes to speaking about fertility or timelines. Experiences like this shaped how I approach my work today and taught me the importance of being thoughtful with the way intuitive information is delivered. I always want to share the good, the bad, and the ugly lessons I've learned over the years. And while the situation felt very uncomfortable at the time, it ultimately had a very happy ending.
