Yoni-Verse Sessions

This week we talk about healing our inner child. Toni had a dream about the brother Ari always wanted, and Ari dreamt about her childhood happy place, great preparation for this week's episode. Then we dive into the healing with two words...age regression. Oh, and we learn that SIMS talk is really broken Ukranian. Enjoy.

This week Beyonce makes her way into Toni's subconscious, and Ari attends Post Malone's birthday party...in her dream. Then we get real rooty as we dive into the Root Chakra segment of our episode. How do we connect with our root chakra in everyday life? Oh, and Toni has a spiritual encounter involving a pair of lost keys.

This week we try to use our soft and feminine voices as we discuss the Divine Feminine. We chat about the benefits of sleeping in a certain directional position. Is it East? North? Stay tuned to find out which direction works best for us. Toni has a dream about helpful dogs and Ari is guided in sleep-state to find out the meaning of the current Saturn transit. Finally we talk about what the Divine Feminine energy means to us personally and how to embody her in your everyday life. Grace. Beauty. Sometimes Power.

This week we discuss the first minor chakra, the Earth Star Chakra. Toni likes calling the Earth Star the SUPER ROOT while Ari calls it the Sweet Potato Chakra. Both all correct, All is All. The Earth Star is the chakra that connects all living things and is our connection to Mother Earth herself. Connecting to this chakra can help you feel a deep sense of grounding and safety and meditating on this chakra can assist you in times of great anxiety. Never be afraid to juice up your sweet potato.

This week we get spooky as we discuss the invisible barrier or “bridge” between our world and the realm of spirits beyond the veil. We talk about our cooky dreams (which is one way that spirits on the “other side” send us messages) and how we communicate with and honor our ancestors. Ari uses her trusty tarot to talk to an old friend, and Toni makes plans to play a song on the piano in the hopes that her Pappy on the other side might decide to join in. Happy Halloween from the Yoni-Verse!

This week we attune to the moon as we discuss the various stages of the moon's cycle. We also talk about our ways of connecting to Luna and how we personally work with the energy and cycles of the moon. Ari likes to live in New Moon land that's full of potential and before the hard work begins. Toni likes to get down and dirty with the waxing moon as she de-clutters and gets rid of unneeded stuff. How do you connect with the moon?

This is the first episode of an ongoing segment where we will be delving deep into each individual chakra. This week we bounce on the 7 major Chakras and how they relate to your body and the world around you. We'll discuss our strongest and weakest chakras, and what we/you can do to juice up your chakras. We learn that Toni is basically a sweet potato, she's so rooty, and Ari likes to milk her Sacral and Throat Chakras on the reg. Stay tuned!

This Week: Welcome to Episode 1 of YVS! Today we discuss our cups and how we keep them flowing abundantly so that we may pour them bountifully upon our loved ones and the world. We also learn that Toni's cup has many nooks and crannies.
