I'm excited to invite you to my conversation with Alyson Morgan, the photographer, artist, environmentalist and herbalist behind @alysonsimplygrows and Earth Star Herbals, based in Viroqua, Wisconsin. Alyson grew up in the Bay Area of California and met her partner while attending college at UC Davis. After studying international relations, she took a job into the nonprofit world and became increasingly alarmed by our imminent climate catastrophe. Alyson and her husband decided to move back to his home state of Wisconsin because they felt like California's water crisis, natural disasters and high-cost of living would make it challenging and stressful to raise a family there. After a brief stint living in the heavily segregated city of Milwaukee, they realized their dream of leaving the city and building a life in a rural town. They set their sights on the small, progressive community located in the Driftless region of Wisconsin. After a few visits to look at properties for sale, they toured a small in-town home with a big established medicinal garden. Although it was smaller than they were looking for, this home allowed them to downsize and work towards greater minimalism in the lives. The former owner walked Alyson through the garden and this began Alyson's journey into herbalism. She started Earth Star Herbals right before the pandemic, offering a variety of small batch flower essences. In addition to running her small business, she is also a mother to two, a photographer, writer and ambassador for different sustainable and ethically made brands. It is a constant juggling act with her partner AJ to keep all the balls in the air. With her two young children at home during the pandemic, she has had to carve out little moments here and there to continue working towards her goals for the future. I am so inspired by Alyson's incredible ability to tap into her intuition and let that lead her towards a rewarding and fulfilling path in life. She has boundless creativity and curiosity, learning through experimentation. I love that she is using her voice to inspire and encourage others to think more about what they consume and how they spend their time. I just love her photography and the intimate way she sees and captures the world around her. Her passion for plants is ever apparent in her photography.Last year Alyson and her family bought raw land outside of town to build their forever homestead. It took a lot of research to find land that wasn't near commercial agriculture where pesticide drift would be a problem. The land has an old orchard, sugar maples, wild black caps and a stream for swimming and splashing. They put in a road this last year and hope to start building their forever homestead in the next couple of years. Like everything in Alyson's life, she is attempting to take her time on this home build and think things through. In addition to her other endeavors, Alyson is currently writing a book about the healing power of plants for a major publisher that will be released in 2022. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for this hardworking creative force as she continues to realize and work towards her intuitive vision for the future. Guided Meditation From Soul To Earth Star Activating the Eighth And Ninth Chakras

The earliest spiritual traditions perceived ego consciousness as mediated through seven energetic vortices that they called ‘chakras'. In recent years, this ancient wisdom has become much more widely known and accepted. Collectively, however, we know at a deep level that our personal energy field of seven chakras is incomplete. This can be shown by the cosmic resonance embodied in the 13 notes of the complete chromatic musical scale and the eight notes of its diatonic sub-scale. Singing the first seven notes of the diatonic scale – doh, ray, me, fa, soh, la, te – leaves us feeling that something is missing. And so it is. It is the eighth note that completes the octave and the 8th chakra that completes the octave of our personality-based consciousness. The 8th chakra is also the energetic portal to our higher awareness, guidance and soul-level purpose. The 8th chakra is the first transpersonal chakra of our unity awareness. Unity awareness is consciousness of the greater whole of which we are all part and which we are now able to embody in human form. Accessing such expanded awareness enables us to transcend the limitations of our human perception and re-member that we are not alone but ultimately are all-one. We are thus empowered to real-ize the holographic nature of the Cosmos, the One expressed through the almost infinite diversity of the many. The 8th chakra The 8th chakra of the universal heart is the bridge between our ego-based perception and our higher awareness. On a collective level, we are now experiencing our resonance with this chakra as an increasingly global compassion. Most people individually feel its presence as an energy centre positioned between the personal heart and throat chakras. Energetically, the 8th chakra may be perceived as bringing together the trinity energies of our mind, heart and will as expressed through our alter major, heart and solar plexus chakras. In essence the triadic nature of the universal heart thus creates an energetic portal, balancing and raising our awareness to a transpersonal level. Unconditional love is the vibration of this level of perception and as we reverberate with its essence we gain a new understanding of the archetypal consciousness that guides our human experience. The ninth chakra is located approximately a hand's length beneath our feet. The energies of this so-called ‘earthstar' chakra offer us a much more profound connection with the Earth than does our personal root chakra. By connecting with the Earth through the earthstar chakra, we are able to commune at ever more profound levels with the devic and elemental realms of the living Earth. The fast-growing company generated a 975% increase in revenue in 2020 amid a pandemic that saw a boom in at-home drinking occasions and came on the heels of the brand’s inclusion in Oprah Winfrey’s acclaimed Favorite Things of 2019 list. Following its breakout year, Bartesian today announced the completion of a $20 million Series A funding round led by venture capital firm Cleveland Avenue and that actress Mila Kunis has joined the company’s advisory board. Similar to a Keurig coffee machine, Bartesian uses capsules that contain pre-blended liquid mixers. At the push of a button, the machine blends the mixers with base spirits that are preloaded into the unit to create a variety of high quality cocktails. According to Close, the company has hundreds of thousands of customers that have purchased the machine and buy its capsules on a regular basis. Bartesian is backed by several high-profile investment partners, including Chicago Cubs chairman Tom Ricketts and spirits conglomerate Beam Suntory, along with Cleveland Avenue, all participating in a 2019 funding round that raised $6 million. Listen to this Metatronic 12D Light Shield Transmission (recorded in November 2016 in London). This transmission has been created to help those Starseeds and Lightworkers who are struggling with lower 3D frequencies as we pass through this volatile time of global transition. The transmission begins with the creation of a sphere of light with the angels of the seven directions. This sphere is then held by the energies of the crystal-earth grid and the planetary-ascension grid. Finally Metatron brings down light from the Central Sun via the stargate of our own Sun. This light is brought into your Stellar Chakra some 4 feet above the head that opens like a mini sun. This then flattens into a disk which becomes the first seal for this column of light that is brought down through and around you. This column is grounded into the core of the earth through the crystal grid. This light merges with the silver-white of the core and is then brought up to about 18 inches below the feet where the Earth Star chakra begins to radiate like a Gold-Silver sun. This then flattens into a disk that becomes the second seal of the light column. This Gold-Silver light is then brought up into the light column sealing it completely. Within this sealed field Metatron and his angelic forces seal all the nine openings of the physical body with a 12-pointed spinning star. The top and bottom disks of the light column are also sealed with a 12-pointed spinning star. With love and blessings.
