What’s up everyone? I’m Pedro, the DM and Creator of the World Walkers Universe, and if you didn’t know, I recently launched a second podcast series, called World Walkers: Cog. It’s a weekly podcast that follows a second group of adventurers as they explore the steam-powered world of Cog. I’m going to step to the side and let them introduce themselves. Our intrepid group of adventurers have been through a lot since they’ve entered the Echo Forest, but their journey has come to its end. It’s time to gather their gear, come up with a plan, and lead an assault on Bo’Ko’Ko, the goblin capital, and home to Haversack’s bugbear master, who they’ve been hired to kill. Can they break into Bo’Ko’Ko and face down an empire? Can they give Haversack the fight, and the closure he needs? Darvin, Lucca, Nova and Sabin have learned that the Bugbears of the Echo Forest scatter pockets of powerful items all over. Now, if the group hopes to invade their stronghold, they’ll have to recover these items and arm themselves. The problem is, they’ve got their employer, Haversack as their guide. You know, the goblin that thinks his cat talks to a god named Cogliostro? The group continues it’s trek through the Echo Forest, battling goblins and toppling bugbears, all the while searching for their employer Haversack’s former master. We join the group now as Nova and Lucca, two Forged who know a thing or two about enslavement, debate the ethics of working with bugbears with Sabin, their halfling gunslinger companion. Previously, the group accepted a job from a goblin named Haversack to kill his former master, who dwelled deep in the Echo Forest. In order to survive the insanity-inducing ringing inside, the group obtained the services of a ritualist named Lexter, seemed performed the necessary rituals on Lucca Lu and Nova in exchange for a favor at a later date. Last we left our friends they had just accepted a job from a goblin named Haversack, who was willing to pay the group to kill his ex-master deep in the Echo Forest. The problem is, the Echo Forest is named as such for it’s piercing ringing, which drives anyone who stays within it mad. The group’s Forged needed a way to protect their hearing, and so they turned to a local ritualist named Lexter to help them through arcane means. He was willing to do so, in exchange for a favor at a later date. We return now as the group finds a way to kill time while Lexter works his ways...
